We had a wasp problem. Ben arrived bang on time then dealt with a problem he wasn't expecting. After dealing with it he then spent time explaining what he did and why. Two hours after he left the wasps were gone. A very professional and comprehensive service.

We called Ben out about a mouse problem in the walls of our extension, Ben was excellent and came out several times until the problem was resolved, it turned out to be rats and through his persistent detective work he found out they were coming up through the drains. Ben was always very polite and it was a very fair price for the very diligent service he offered. I would definitely recommend him.

Had three visits from Ben, great chap, great service, all visits as scheduled A*. Took preventative measures in order not to encourage the problem further and stop it from happening again. Would recommend and use again if the problem presents itself elsewhere.
