Lauras an excellent driving instructor- really enjoyed my weekly lessons with her as you feel very comfortable right from the start and get to know the basics really quickly. Unlike most instructors Lauras calm and approachable and talks you through everything until you feel happy doing it. Her relaxed attitude really helps when you're learning more difficult topics such as multi-lane roundabouts, so much so that I recommended her to a friend who also enjoyed her lessons. She gives you handy reference points and tips; even now when I'm driving around I think 'what would Laura tell me to do? '. She's genuinely pleased for you when you pass and after learning with her you'll feel confident driving on the roads on your own. I would highly recommend to anyone who's thinking about learning to drive but guarantee that the worst thing about passing is that you'll miss lessons with her.

I previously had driving lessons with a teacher I wasn't particularly comfortable around, it made me not enjoy driving as much as I probably would have wanted to. I found this exact website when looking for another instructor and thought is it really possible for someone to have so many 5 star reviews? She must have paid for some? ! But after driving with Laura for 5 months now, I can guarantee they are all genuine. To start, Laura is such an amazing instructor! I hated all kinds of manoeuvres and roundabouts when beginning the lesson as previously I was told very complicated ways of tackling them, but Laura taught me easy to understand ways which completely put my mind at rest. I loved every single lesson I had with Laura as she's so laid back, but will politely tell you when you've messed up a bit (which you need)! I got along with Laura so well that I could casually start talking to her about current life dramas and she'd offer me advice! In terms of the test, I passed second time with only 4 minors. The first time I failed within the first two seconds of leaving the test centre because I clipped the kerb due to nerves! When Laura found out I passed, you could tell she was genuinely happy and she continuously praised me on the way back for it, which makes you feel even better in my opinion. I then went on to complete a PassPlus course with Laura which I could not recommend enough, you'll get to drive on motorways and country roads. Surprisingly enough I now love motorways because of it! I found Laura after leaving my previous instructor who made me feel very nervous behind the wheel. Laura was always calm even when I made few mistakes and she boosted my confidence back up again throughout my time with her. After passing first time, I couldn't have asked for a better driving instructor! Thanks Laura!

Really productive and fun lessons, never a dull moment! Within a few lessons we had already completed a quarter of the syllabus, and it was very encouraging to see that as a student.

Laura is an incredible instructor! Before she became my instructor, I had a bad experience with an instructor in my area who used to have tantrums and curse while I was driving admittedly because of my driving, but it made me jittery; I can't tell you how many times I thought I was going to have an accident. I was lucky enough to find Laura who was always calm and patient which gave me the confidence I needed. It also helps that she is fun too! I wouldn't recommend her highly enough.

Laura taught me drive in only a few months and thanks to her I passed 1st time! She was constructive as well as very informative and professional. She was always prompt and ready to go full of encouragement. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends.

I would definitely recommend learning with Laura. I went from being terrified of the narrow and crowded London roads to passing my test on the first try in a few short months (and getting complimented by the examiner no less! ). The course was well structured and I was really impressed how she subtly made each route more difficult than the last, concentrating on my weaknesses and adding new material. I found myself looking forward to each lesson as they were fun and relaxing (which is saying something, most took place during the rush hour). Most importantly, I feel confident and comfortable controlling the car and making decisions on the road thanks to her patience and excellent teaching methods. Thanks Laura!

The passplus scheme with Laura was extremely beneficial to me as not only was it enjoyable, but it also enhanced my understanding of how to deal with and handle a car on high speed roads such as motorways, as well as gain a greater understanding of out of town driving. I started learning with Laura after not getting on well with a previous instructor and not really enjoying learning to drive. From my first lesson with her she made me feel at ease and got me re-interested in learning to drive. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone learning or thinking to learn to drive. Her relaxed, clear and confident approach to teaching makes navigating the choppy waters of learning to drive very easy. At the same time she is able get in your head about what you should and shouldn't be doing at any given point when driving. I will never forget to check my mirrors ever again as a result. This comes in very useful when taking your test as it feels as if she is with you telling you what to do. A massive advantage compared to other instructors on the market. Therefore when taking your test it feels like any other driving lesson or even a drive, without the pressure of a test, this was almost certainly a reason for my first time pass.

Laura is a fantastic driving instrutor, not only does she teach you everything you need to know, she teaches you to be comfortable and confident in the car. Being in a (small) car crash when I was younger made me so scared and unsure if I ever wanted to learn to drive. Laura taught me in an enjoyable, friendly way that after just recently passing my test, I felt like a changed person who now loves to drive and even taxi all my family around. Well well well! I passedy driving test today second time round. 7 months ago I hated driving and never wanted to go near a car let alone drive one! When my mum who passed with Laura the first time said she will change my opinion I refused to believe her. Since lesson one with Laura driving became my second nature as she was there to offer her understanding, patience and help at all times. I was recommended Laura by my sister who had thoroughly enjoyed her driving experience and passed first time. I could not recommend her highly enough to others. After going through driving instructors like days of the week, I found Laura. From the first lesson I was feeling confident and very at ease in the car. Laura's style of teaching was very relaxed and encouraging and I found it very easy to get the hang of everything really quickly! In the past I'd had a lot of instructors who couldn't explain anything in a way I could understand but with Laura that wasn't the case, everything made sense and all the advice she gave me seemed to help me get the hang of manoeuvres in not only her car but in others as well. Laura put me at ease and made me feel comfortable in the car right from my first lesson. She has the patience of a saint, especially when she was teaching me "Mirror, Mirror, Signal". At times when I felt like giving up she encouraged me and rebuilt my confidence. I had been learning to drive while at university and had failed my test, so decided to take lessons with Laura over the summer. We did a load of lessons over two weeks after which I passed with only two minors. Laura is an excellent teacher as she makes driving relaxed and enjoyable - with my two previous instructors I was constantly panicked and nervous in the car. Laura has a great attitude to driving, she gives tips and techniques for manoeuvres that apply to all cars and driving in general rather than being fixated on just finding a way to pass the test! I'm absolutely delighted that I had Laura as a driving instructor prior to my driving test. I had previously had issues with a few dishonest instructors, and as a result my driving confidence deteriorated as I felt like I wasn't making very much progress. Then Laura was recommended to me by my sister's colleague and my driving completely changed. All of my lessons with my old instructors took place on side roads; on my first lesson with Laura I ended up on a dual carriageway, which seriously boosted my driving confidence. Her calmness in the seat next to you really helps you mentally, making you a better driver. Within a few lessons I really started to get the hang of driving and started really enjoying it. I enjoyed our lessons and her Ford Focus is a pleasure to drive. My driving test loomed gradually over the months, but I took it confident in the fact that I had been properly trained to drive a car. I can't say enough good things about Laura. She is an amazing instructor and I'm so glad that I chose her to begin with. As many of the other reviews have said, Laura is calming, patient and a great teacher. She goes above and beyond, her funny stories and conversations not only help you to relax, but also help to deal with driving and talking at the same time, an essential part of every day driving. Also, Laura does 2 hour lessons, which, combined with her great teaching style, will help you to learn quicker and gives you the experience you need to be a confident driver (hence the name). I have always looked forward to every lesson and will miss them now I have passed my test. I would just like to thank you, Laura, and say if you every have a 'legal headache', you know what to do.
