I've had problems with leaks damaging my bathroom ceiling from flats above mine. The insurance company won't send someone out to repair it until other plastering issues in the bathroom are sorted. The photos show a crack that goes across the ceiling and down the wall - this is what needs repaired before anything else can be done. So I'm looking for quotes to get these first repairs done.
