Lindsay came to do some plastering work as a result of water damage from a longstanding leak from the flat above mine. When he arrived to do the work it turned out the leak was still ongoing, and due to his quick thinking, he managed to get a tradesman who happened to be in the flat upstairs to fix the leak - something I haven't managed in years of communication with the landlord. He also took video evidence for the insurance company. The work he did in terms of plastering and redecorating is also of a very high standard and I would have no difficulty in using him again.
