I had an unsatisfactory experience with the driving instructor, Taiwo. (He did not introduce himself, and I learned his name through a bank transfer request. ). My usual instructor, whom I had for a year, had an emergency and could not assist me, which prompted me to seek a new instructor. As a learner driver, I recognise that making mistakes is part of the learning process, and naturally I will forget to do things or do them poorly as that is the whole point of learning. Yet I found Taiwo’s approach to be less effective than I had hoped. He often spoke in an annoyed tone and appeared dismissive of my questions, which increased my anxiety prompting me to make more mistakes. When I expressed confusion about certain maneuvers and road rules - especially since I hadn't had a lesson for a while due to the rush to find a new instructor - he seemed impatient and would say things like "come on, madam," or repeat the same phrase multiple times, akin to scolding a child. Additionally, he suggested that my previous driving instruction was incorrect rather than acknowledging different teaching styles. Now, just a week before my test, I have found my confidence in driving diminished and have to yet again seek out a new instructor on short notice. Furthermore, he appeared preoccupied with his phone rather than focusing on instruction at times, speaking only to find faults in everything I did. To top it all off, he didn't even say goodbye at the end of our session. Overall, I felt that his methods did not support my learning, and I would not recommend Taiwo as an instructor who wants to learn. Stephen is a great teacher and really focused on making me a good driver, not just the shortcuts to passing my test and he is very patient I passed on my first attempt. Highly recommended.

Stephan is a fantastic instructor. It’s easy to cope with him as he focuses on the weak areas and makes them perfect. He taught me to be patient, which is vital as drivers on the road can be very aggressive and violent. I would 100% recommend Stephan. And thanks to Stephan for great lessons. ? .

I was very lucky to have Stephen for my lessons, he was flexible and able to get all of my lessons (25 hours) booked in a short time-frame. Stephen is a good driving Instructor who is always ready to teach you ALL you need to pass your practical driving test first time, unlike some instructors who will RESERVE some techniques so that when you do the examination and fail, you can always come back to them again and again.
