I was so impressed when I contacted The Suffolk Pest Control Company: Having been alerted to a possible wasp nest at my work premises, I rang Martin and was immediately reassured help was on its way. The nest was just outside a pre-school, so you can imagine my concerns if the nest was disturbed! Anyway, within 10 minutes, Martin arrived, confirmed that it was actually a cluster of honey bees and no intervention was needed. A really personable and affable chap who was able to offer his expertise within minutes. Great customer service.

What an incredible company. I had a problem with rats and spoke to Will. He attended my garden the SAME day. He surveyed the area and gave me some excellent advice on how to deal with the problem. I've previously dealt with his partner Martin who has solved various issues with mole activity and he's also removed two wasps nests. I cannot recommend them enough if you have any problems with vermin or pests - their number is the only number you will ever need to call.

Will has dealt with our 'rat problem' professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend the company and for their great service and really reasonable rates. Will was also incredibly knowledgable and was kind enough to share his knowledge, reassure me and ensured that my dogs were never in any danger of accessing any poison. Thank you!

Martin provided much useful advice over the phone about a long-standing problem with mice. He attended very quickly after the initiial contact and was polite and respectful of our home. He provided follow-up visits and on the final one found an additional entry point which has resulted in a successful solution to the problem. We had a wasp nest actually breaking through the ceiling and into the house. Having used a national pest control service before and not being best pleased with the result I tried Martin this time. Hes very affable, super friendly and most importantly did what was needed to sort out the wasp nest. Even came back a few days later when there were still signs of remaining wasps. Highly recommend and will be my go to wasp man for the future!

I discovered a wasps nest inside the house and needed this dealt with asap. Called one National Company was told I needed to book a call 48 hours in advance? Found Suffolk PCC on line was put through to Martin Buckle, Director and although his schedule for the day was full when I explained the urgency he promised to fit me in, even asking did I mind what time he came! I cannot recommend Martin and the service he provided highly enough he was efficient, professional, obliging and so very pleasant. Thank you Martin.

Had some extremely distructive moles that wouldnt seem to leave my garden, called in Martin at Suffolk Pest Control and he dealt with them very quickly and efficiently. All 5 of them. Would definitly recommend and would use again if i had any further pest problems.
