Zenfeet Reflexology

Have been to Susie for the past three months and can't begin to say how much better I am feeling. Susie has listened to my concerns and worries about my health and given me invaluable advice and having reflexology has been literally life changing for me. I will continue to see Susie regularly and can't thank her enough for all her help.

I have been seeing Susie since 2014 when I was looking for help with menopausal symptoms. Susie is very knowledgeable, caring and always makes me feel like she has time for me in a calm, relaxing environment. I have continued with regular treatments which help with anxiety, sleep problems and migraine. I have recommended Susie to friends, colleagues and family and all have been really pleased with the treatments they have had. I would definitely recommend Susie as s therapist.

I was quite sceptical and guarded when I first visited Susie however this was quickly dispelled by her caring thoughtful manner and immense knowledge pinpointing my areas of concern without me having to say anything. My treatments with Susie always leave me feeling both relaxed and energised. Recently Susie worked on my face and neck-WOW after one session I couldn’t believe the difference. I have been going to Susie for several years and the treatments I have received have helped me a lot. Susie is very kind and caring. I have had Lymphatic drainage and this has helped me an awful lot and have managed to lose weight with this treatment. I have had various treatments with Susie and found that they have all help. I originally went for pains in my toes, which Susie fixed with just one appointment! I enjoyed it so much I continued going and as we got to know eachother I explained how I suffered with vertigo and migraines frequently but Susie worked her magic straight away and I havent experienced a single headache, let alone another migraine, since summer of 2020. Susie is so kind and caring, she takes time to find out about how you are feeling. Also her knowledge of Bach remedies is a great addition to better health. Her studio is so relaxing and to be honest it’s a place to feel absolutely rested. I have been seeing Susie for 5 years or more now and really could not imagine going back to how I used to feel before I started seeing her. I had severe migraines and if I didn’t have a migraine, then I had a headache every day, Susie has completely got rid of both, and I now cannot even remember the last time I suffered with a headache, and definitely no migraines! ! . I’ve been seeing Susie since April 2019. She has helped me through a very stressful time when my anxiety was “off the scale” due to the loss of my husband. I have been going to Susie for the last 7 months. I had heard Reflexology could help fertility and wanted to try. On my first appointment Susie had identified my true ovulation cycle, explaining how I had been 5 days out! Within 2 months of attending I had fallen pregnant. Despite scepticism around Reflexology during pregnancy, I have found it to be such a relaxing and insightful therapy. Plenty of times Susie has picked up on a symptom I have been experiencing and helped find natural remedies, or just worked on it with me to help alleviate the problem. She is specially trained in administering reflexology to women in pregnancy and it has truly been a blessing so far. I'm usually quite cynical about therapy and natural remedies, but I cannot recommend reflexology with Susie enough!

I have had 4 sessions with Susie so far to help with tightness I have been feeling in my feet due to my sciatica and the sessions are really improving the problem. It is a lovely relaxing environment and I intend to continue with regular sessions following the completion of my initial six appointments. I would highly recommend Susie.

Susie's treatments have been an immense help in solving the swelling and fluid retention in my legs. After 4 of the planned 6 treatments the swelling had been noticeably reduced.
