About Zara Watt Nutrition

Zara is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist with almost 10 years of experience in working with hundreds of women.
She works with perimenopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal women to help them get freedom from their hormone symptoms so that they can get on with living their lives.

Zara uses nutrition, functional testing (if needed), lifestyle strategies and targeted supplements to help women improve their energy, have better sleep, get rid of bloating, lose weight, and feel less stressed.

Zara is based in Marlow, but works with her clients online so can see clients all over the country.
Services range from 7-Day Reboot (small-group programme complete with recipes and private group) to FREEDOM (1-to-1, signature 4-month programme).
