I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Simon Allan in relation to providing a pre-sale survey for me on the Moody 29 which I am considering. Simon came out to survey a boat we had put an offer in and gave us a very comprehensive detailed, easy to understand in layman terms survey in the final report. Highly recommend a very likable man who knew his stuff and is also an apparently well sailed guy who has sailed to Norway to name a few.

As this is my first yacht purchase I did not know what to expect. All I can say is that Simon did a very professional survey and explained everything that he was doing. His report explained all minor defects and gave me the reassurance to proceed with the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the future.
