About Yoga with Jude
I teach traditional hatha yoga incorporating meditation, movement, breathing, relaxation.
Classes are designed to release tension, build strength and flexibility and create calm.
I run classes live at Arborfield Village Hall and also on zoom, for more details on zoom classes please get in touch.
Each week the classes are centred around a particular theme or part of the anatomy ie shoulders, hips, strength, flexibility etc.
All classes incorporate chanting and mudra.
Everything is an invitation, if you don't wish to chant out loud, you can chant internally or simply listen.
Mudra involves bringing the fingers together in specific ways to direct energy through the body or remove blockages in the energy flow.
