I can’t recommend John highly enough. From my very first lesson, he laid the foundations for what I know will be a lifetime of safe and confident driving. His teaching constantly reinforced the most important aspects of driving, helping me build strong habits that I’ll carry with me long after passing my test. John is incredibly organised and methodical in his approach. Every lesson was well structured, and his regimented teaching style ensured nothing was overlooked. His methodology creates fantastic driving habits and gave me the confidence and discipline needed not just to pass my test, but to become a safe and considerate driver for life. Thanks to John’s patience, professionalism, and attention to detail, I passed my test and feel fully prepared for independent driving. Learning with John/ X L Auto was a great experience. Right from the start he helps you understand everything about driving safely, John is patient and calm, teaches in such a clear and simple way, (even some of my own family members where amazed by how simple he makes driving) stern when needed but always makes sure to explain how and why certain things/methods improve your driving. As well as amazing small tips and tricks to make manoeuvres easier. After a first failed test, John kept me motivated and made sure I was confident for my second which I passed.
