Wellbeing at With Complements started as a family run business which became established in 1997 as a Reiki therapy centre, crystals and gift shop, Su is still as passionate today as when she started. Wellbeing at With Complements is now only open by appointments only. We have crystals for sale in the Galleria, Burton. Latimer.

All therapists are self employed and we offer a range of holistic therapies.

Reiki and Su has been teaching all levels for over 30 years. Crystal dreaming (shamanic past life trauma healing, where the client lays in a crystal mandala. Thai foot massage, Swedish body massage, eft, tarot, spiritual readings. We have a regular fortnightly meditation group on Thursdays and reiki share groups which Su believes is a very valuable asset to helping confidence with working with your reiki and we are always here to learn new things.

We have many therapists working self employed. Our treatment rooms all have their own individual feel/energy but all are very relaxing and that’s before we’ve even started with a treatment.

We are flexible with our appointment and Su has found Friyay evenings are very popular to end the week with a relaxing reiki treatment and is often working until late.

We are all qualified in our therapies. Su is DBS checked as she does reiki treatments in children and runs spiritual development workshops for children as well as adults.

Su has her own you tube channel for guided meditations. Which also includes the violet flame decree. Ho opono pono. Grounding meditations. Chakra meditation.
