Young maid named Laura, very polite and an enthusiastic worker. Did an excellent job throughout whole house. Definitely worth a try.

Very hard working guy. Takes pride in what he does and looks very neat. Came on time with all his equipment. Doesn't reuse cloths which is nice. He doesn't just dust, he makes sure it's properly clean. Nothing is too much trouble. I have had a few cleaners coming to do the job for me before, but he is exceptional, both in quality of the service he provides, but also the attitude to the job he does.

Would definitely recommend. Did a great job, worked non stop and really hard. Turned up on time, with a curtsy as promised. Best cleaner I have ever had, will be using again without a doubt.

I have only used With a Curtsy a few times. Sadly my partner's job means that we get transferred abroad with only a couple of week's notice which is what has happened - I'm very upset that I am unable to continue with this service as I was just getting to know Richard and really enjoyed the time he spent in our home, not to mention the spotless house! I have to admit that I had the usual nerves when letting someone you don't know into your home for the first time, but Richard is honest, reliable and friendly. I trust him in my home and around my son. Excellently punctual and a very high standard of cleaning. Best Maid Ever. I think it would have been 2009 when Richard (With a curtsy) first came to clean for us. We were not sure what to expect before he first arrived, was he going to be a genuine cleaner and leave our house sparkling or was this going to be one of those novelties that tried to look pretty, pranced around a little but in the end didn't get much done. It didn't take long for us to realise that this was the best and hardest working cleaner that we had ever had. He's really polite and he really takes pride in the work he does. He will do any job given to him, and believe me we've given quite a variety, some of which would normally be outside the range of a normal cleaner; such as sharpening our kitchen knives, which he is really good at, and polishing the brass items we have to a fine shine. We always have a wide spectrum of tasks for him to perform when here, we have never been unhappy with the results of a single one. We have him dust and hoover all of the rooms, polish the hard floors; which is a hands and knees job, sometimes for a couple of hours but it looks better than new after he's finished. I love my bed to be freshly made and to be immaculate, Richard makes everything neat and square, must be properly folded and all fluffed up every time. Unlike our previous (female) cleaner he is tall enough to reach the top shelves without steps and is strong enough to lift the heavy objects down from them without being in danger of dropping them or wobbling off of the steps. We always know that our kitchen and bathroom will both be spotless when he's finished. Having had very bad food poisoning once before I am very critical, bordering on paranoid about the kitchen and won't use it if everything is not absolutely spotless. Richard is now the only person I will let clean my Kitchen. We had him serving tables and waitressing at my 23rd birthday (We made him wear a really cute French maid dress to that one) and at my sisters party to celebrate her graduation, with a more traditional waitress uniform. His English Table Service is a little rusty but both times he worked tirelessly all evening, then came back the next day to clean up while the rest of us were all to ill to move, spending all day non stop scrubbing to get the place clean again. We have always like traditional service uniforms and it's something that you just can't get today's cleaners to wear, dispite them being a little odd in this day and age we think they're perfect, especially the lace aprons and more recently the lace maids hats for his hair. We sometimes ask him to wear a different uniform or to put his hair in a different style, and he's always happy to give it a go. Actually if you enquire about other uniforms he has lots of different ones and some of them are really pretty, I don't know why they're not on the main website. Biggest criticism is the shoes, he needs some girlier shoes, maybe some heels?Still just as good today as he was at the start all those years ago. Again. Best Maid Ever!
