Rick Link has installed and serviced my Worcester boiler for many years, always punctual and leaves the house neat and tidy. He also installed a Mira shower some time ago and has never let me down. A credit to his trade.

Mr Link, was punctual, talked through what he would be doing, did a fine job and tidied up after himself. We would recommend him.

William installed our new gas cooker today. He was pleasant and courteous and went above and beyond the job required. I would not hesitate to recommend to people for their plumbing and heating needs nor would I hesitate to use use him again in the future. It was a pleasure to meet you.

William recently serviced our 2 oil boilers. Excellent job - very thorough and gave lots of helpful advice. The collar holding one of the burner nozzles broke as the nozzle had jammed solid in the fitting and this caused the copper inlet pipe to break also. 'I think I might have some used spares in my workshop' says William. Off he trots and returns with both parts! Brilliant. ! Very good price and I won't hesitate to use him again. .

William fitted a new gas stove several years ago and has serviced our gas boiler for the last 8 years. Always a clean worker, courteous, does a good job, and reasonable price. Would use William every time and highly recommend.

GGGGGGreat service called out at 2. 15 am emergency. Arrived within 15 minutes fixed a leak which could not be isolated no fuss pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.

On time, serviced my oil boiler and change part, very pleasant man, would recommend.

I have used William Link Plumbing and Heating Ltd several times over the past few years and these jobs went from an emergency call out to an Alpha boiler which he stripped down and repaired and the boiler lasted until a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar was installed some years later, Since then he has installed a Mira shower and another boiler in a different house for me a couple of months ago. He leaves the place clean and tidy with dustsheets on the floors and up the stairs. All in all I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs.

I finally found William after a string of bad plumbers. We employed him to move and reinstall a brand new boiler misfitted by a previous company. He was able to attend quickly and was very knowledgeable helping to overcome several issues with prior installation correcting their mistakes making sure to adhere current regulations. He was patient and very reasonably priced. We'd definitively use him again!

We were able to get a quick appointment for our boiler service and only had to wait a few days. Mr Link arrived on time completed the job with no mess and all is working well. We have used Mr Link before, and have always received a friendly and quality service.

We have used Ric Link for all our heating and plumbing needs for nearly 10 years and we would not trust anyone else. If he is busy we will always wait as no one else comes close to his excellent workmanship.

Called William Link Plumbing and Heating Ltd in an emergency due to water leaking through my kitchen ceiling from a failing hot water tank. The engineer came assessed, quoted and installed the replacement tank with no delay. This is the second time that the engineer has attended my home and I can fully recommend the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism throughout the repair.

I needed a replacement Aqualisa shower unit, and found his name on the Aqualisa web site. All work done quickly without any mess or bother. I am also pleased to say that I felt the charge was very fair, and would be happy to recommend him to others.

William Link arrived promptly for appt today to service my combination boiler. He was well prepared, covering the area around the boiler with dustsheets. He completed the service with minimum fuss and was knowledgeable, skilled, thorough and courteous. He offered helpful advice on maximising the efficiency of my heating system. I would, without hesitation, recommend him. I was impressed by his professional and workman like manner and the reasonable charge for the service.

We were extremely happy with Williams service and appreciated the speed at which he replaced our faulty boiler and cleansing of our water system. He worked efficiently and explained everything throughout leaving us with no grey areas which is really important when working with gas it was so nice working with someone you can fully trust Our house is now lovely and warm and the water temperature has never been so good -we hadn’t realised our old boiler was in such a bad state (in fact I can’t wait to go home and jump in the bath). William responded quickly to our request for a safety inspection. He made recommendations and carried out the necessary work efficiently the following day. His courteous and pleasant manner was refreshing and his work was exceptional. Therefore we would highly recommend him and will certainly be using him again.

William came to service our central heating boiler today, he is very courteous and polite, was prompt, arriving spot on time, carried out a really good and comprehensive service, and offered some sound advice, expaining clearly what was being done and needing to be done, his charge for this was very resonable and we will recommend his services to all.

William undertook a repair to an immersion heater and other plumbing jobs. Firstly he came out to do an assessment of the problem very promptly. He did an excellent job, was courteous, completed the work in a clean and tidy way and left no mess. He charged a reasonable amount. Would certainly recommend him.
