I'm Rachel Smith and I'm a hypnotherapist based in Leith, Edinburgh. I'm LGBTQ+ supportive and I'm non-judgemental, my office is a confidential and safe space.

I use hypnotherapy to help people with healthy weight loss and to stop smoking. It's very effective for boosting confidence and self esteem and for helping with anxiety and stress management.

I came to hypnotherapy through personal experience and realised that it is a powerful tool which can help make positive changes in your life as well as bringing deep relaxation.
