A Mental Health Counsellor and Psychotherapist at WeCounsel.

I am a humanistic integrative counsellor and psychotherapist specializing in helping adults to cope with stressors; getting unstuck as they work through difficult moments and challenges in their lives. When life gets tough, it’s easy to focus on the problems that are happening or the “weaknesses” we see in ourselves.

I am qualified with a Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and psychotherapy (BACP).
