I came across Angie from Webahead on facebook following one of the adverts. After speaking with Angie I was more than impressed with her patience and fully explained everything too me in great detail. Even after my site goes live she has promised to keep in touch and I have no doubt she will. Excellent customer service.

Recently had a website designed to exactly what I wanted, I can't thank Angie enough, very easy to speak too and very professional full marks from me xx.

Webahead was recently recommended to me by a good friend of mine who had used Webahead to design her website. From the first phone call with Angie, the support and assistance from her has been brilliant! Being a new business, I had no idea what I wanted my website to look like, never mind what to include within it. Angie was very helpful and came out with some fantastic ideas, which made the whole process very easy and stress-free. When I requested any slight alterations to the site this was actioned the same day, and I never at any time felt that I was being over-fussy. Wouldn’t give them any stars if I could. Fleeced out of money 3 years ago. Promise everything, deliver absolute rubbish and ever time I asked if the website could do sometime it required me to pay hundreds more pounds. Kept saying I didn’t want to proceed any further and could they refund me after the one page they produced was so amateur it was embarrassing. Still tempted to go to small claims to recoup some or all of my money. Avoid.

Found on social media, all the sales patter to start with was impressive bit they didn't say how poor the content would be… No imagination, terrible graphics and a basic amateur design for both purchases sites the only time this company was forthcoming was the persistent calls for more cash. One year on my e-commerce site still has test pages. As a cio register org we lost over £5k and this company has no accountabity. Shame on you. My other one is a complete mess. They are dull, unattractive and a complete ripoff. Please look around before using them. They should be fined and made to repay. Oh and I would like a full refund Thankyou ! I had a website with this company from a phone call they arrange to make me a site with all the contents of my business they started off very helpful and then I payed them my money and then I heard nothing for weeks so I phoned up and was told it is being built and my company details where taken wrongly and the name was wrong but it was published and it’s still not Wright then they started talking money from my card and account I then spoke to some one and was told that this was my payment where due. I was never told about this upfront. Then they told me if I want more help to find and use my account I must make more payment every month and must pay for my domain name every year and now they have asked me for another £800 pounds for my website so I have cancel so I have nothing for my money and will have to start all over again so not happy and would not recommend this company ? .

Fabulous service from start to end, Angie was very understanding work me ans my lack of technical knowledge, really happy with it all.

From my first contact with Kate Scowen to help me set up a website for my small dog grooming business I found her to be friendly and approachable but also professional. Nothing has been to much trouble for Kate and the rest of the team in helping and guiding me through the whole process, including implementing all the many changes I have made along the way and still continue to make to my website. All dealt with very efficiently, professionally and within good timeframes. Thank you Kate and the rest of the team for taking care of this for me it has been a pleasure dealing with you. ? .

Have you ever noticed that whenever there is a bad review within 24 hours a 5* reviews appears makes me wonder if these 5* reviews are genuine. I had a terrible experience with this company taking unauthorised payments out of my account for work which they never did. After 6 months I still didn't have a website and the manager/ director doesn't take phone calls from clients. I love to make contact with some others who have had a poor experience and go to trading standards for taking money and not providing the services which were paid for.

I just want to say a HUGE massive thank you to Angie Wil for her hard work and support in helping me set up my Website. I am new to all of this and Angie was super patient with me and stopped me overthinking about it all and designed a beautiful website that I wouldn't have done on my own in a million years ! Super clever and thank you so so much ! I am very proud of it x.

Have paid a fee with lots of promises given. Nothing delivered to date. Impossible to speak to Joe, the account manager. Yet he was supposed to be my go to contact for everything. Have left numerous messages and phoned on numerous occasions. Empty promises. Very quick to take your money to build you a site but then nothing done. I'd like a refund - as nothing has been started, no communications re anything needed from me and how to upload as system crashes and doesn't let you upload images or copy. They don't communicate with you and don't answer cells/messages. Waste of my time and money. I think this is a scam. Do the decent thing WebaHead and refund my money - if you're legit, you will.Either that, or deliver! First of all we were hooked under false pretences by a lady on an ex military Facebook page, only after the first payment did we find out we were dealing with webahead. On the 3/9/21 we paid them £180. 00, on the 9/9/21 we paid webahead £996. 00, on the 28/10/21 a further £510. 00 and on the 14/12/21 another £150. 00. And after 6 months we still can’t find our website on any search engine. Since Xmas both Callum and Simon have rang with tales of how they can make the site work better if we make further payments to which I complained that we can’t even find ourselves on a search engine. Both of them said they would look into it and get back to me ( which they havn’t) all these people are interested in is getting further payments out of you. We have been trading as a ltd company for 25yrs ( not a back st cafe) so our next move will be through our solicitors. *** it’s now 7 days since I posted this review and we have had no response ,so that just shows how much they value your custom and as I said previously as long as they are taking your money on a drip feed basis whilst not giving you the full details of what they will charge you’ll receive the same rip off experience that we have had,as I said before we’ve paid almost £2000 and after 6 months still can’t find our site on any search engine and webahead don’t have the slightest concern.Moreexpand_more

I would like to thank Julie and the team at Webahead for doing a fantastic job at creating my website when I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! I really like what they have created for a reasonable price. I have also received some really good advice about what is best for my website and promoting my business. I recently saw a post on social media re needing a webste when I came across this company. I spoke with Julie who was very helpful and very good at explaining everything re what they could do for me and how much it was going to cost etc. I was keen to go ahead but at the same time I wanted to make sure I was happy, julie put no pressure on me and after a few weeks I got back in touch and im so happy I did. The team at Webhead have been absolutley amazing at putting my website together and very understanding of all of my ammendments. Emma has been fantastic every step of the way, she calls to make sure im happy and if there is anything at all I think I would lke to change before my site going live. I honestly cant thank the whole team enough, so professional and helpfull nothing at all is too much trouble.
