Wardrobe Doors Direct

Now and again you find a standout company that just seems to be a perfect company. Wardrobe Doors Direct is one of those companies, and I will definitely be using them again if I need wardrobe doors or other types of sliding doors. I have been nothing but impressed all throughout my dealings with them. From the beginning - when researching where to get some custom made sliding wardrobe doors, their website is packed full of useful information which was really helpful to me when building the area for the wardrobe (this was the first time I had done it, so it was an invaluable resource for me). Whenever I had any questions, they were super helpful whenever I called them, and always polite, professional, friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. I previously ordered some built in wardrobes from a well known company whose name is the opposite of “blunt”s, and I wasn’t happy with my experience. The sales person was pushy (trying to close the sale), the fitter had a very bad attitude, and the design wasn’t the best as there’s a big obstruction at the top of the front so it’s not easy to get things out of the top shelf. After the bad experience I definitely wasn’t going to use them again, so I decided to do the project myself. Wardrobe Doors Direct are not pushy at all. They have never called me just to try and close a sale, so I really appreciate the non-pushy approach of them. Yet they are always on hand when you call them, and very responsive. They have even answered my call when they are technically closed (they probably won’t appreciate me saying that!). Their 10 year warranty is also very reassuring and one of the best warranties that I could find against other competitors who often only gave a 2 or 5 year warranty. I always think if a company offers a long warranty they must have a lot of faith in their product, which sealed the deal for me to go with them. The delivery was exactly as scheduled, and the delivery driver was friendly and super helpful and even helped me up the stairs with them, although they do say that this is up to driver discretion. I am still in the middle of installing the doors - the instructions are very easy to understand. I am impressed with how they look, even if they are currently just resting against the wall, waiting to go up at this stage. I will post another update once they are up….Moreexpand_more

I ordered my sliding wardrobe doors from Wardrobe Doors Direct 3 years ago. Until now I am very satisfied with the quality of the doors. Delivery was very quick even during lockdown. When I needed extra parts they responded very quickly and sent everything I needed. They have a very good customer service which is very difficult to find nowadays. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I wanted to build my own wardrobes in 2 bedrooms. Built the interiors myself but couldn't decide on where to buy the mirror doors from until I found Wardrobe Doors Direct. Their website is very easy to use to build the size and type you want. Excellent prices and many different ranges and styles to choose from. Easy to contact and they give free advice and information and will send samples to choose from. (Thanks Adrian). Ordered one set to see what the the quality of the dooors was going to be. When they came they were absolute top quality both in workmanship and materials! Very easy to fit and they look great! Ordered the 2nd set and they arrived exactly the same condition. Just fitted my sliding wardrobe doors to an existing carcass, it was a simple process. The product is first class and the service was second to none. Well pleased and would highly recommend.

Wow! I’ve been looking a new wardrobe for a while and everything seemed to come up so overpriced. I found wardrobe doors direct and couldn’t believe how reasonable and simple it all was. Lots of guides to make sure I was measuring everything correctly. I had to call in to place my order as I wanted mismatched doors and the team checked everything with me twice to make sure I was ordering the right stuff. Excellent value and choice and the premium running gear came as standard not an add on cost. The doors and tracks arrived on the appointed date, the driver calling 30 minutes ahead of delivery. I was especially impressed by the customer service provided by Adrian who clearly knows his stuff and took care to make sure my order was correct (it was a little unusual). He was also very quick answering all my emailed questions clearly and comprehensively (he always responded within 24 working hours and sometimes even after working hours). My only disappointment was that, whilst the tracks were long enough for the full width of the opening (3. 56m), the floor and ceiling liners came in 2. 8m lengths so it was a little more tricky to install (making a clean join). I am happy to recommend Wardrobe Doors Direct.

Great value for the quality product very easily fitted only took half an hour to fit and great communication via email and delivered bang on time and a great company to deal with.
