Vippies is without a doubt the best dog care facility I have ever come across. These people cannot do enough for you and your pet! I leave my darling boy with them for weekends of foster care - the updates are constant, the carers are truly so committed to ensuring your dog is happy, walked, and loved the same way they would be at home. Denny loves his holidays to Cathy's or Vippies HQ and always comes home happy, or sometimes devastated to be leaving his friends!

We have used Vippies for years and relied upon them for many walks and always been very happy with the service. This year they have surpassed themselves. Loki was having a great holiday with pet sitter Barry in his home. We were in Turkey at the airport and due to pick Loki up 12 hours later. 2 cancelled flights later we found ourselves stuck out there with no idea when we would get back. Barry was due to have another dog and after contacting him, he and VIPPIES sprang into action. They took all our worries and concerns away; arranged for him to stay with a friend of ours, took him there, purchased more food for him including his favourite chicken breast and sent us regular updated photos and WhatsApp messages. Even if we didn’t have a friend to take Loki they had an emergency plan already prepared to have ensured he or any other animal in that situation was cared for. For as long as we have dogs we will continue to use VIPPIES and we would advise any one looking for a professional service to use them. We used Vippies for dog walking services whilst me and my partner were at work, cannot recommend them enough! Started with a very knowledgeable and lengthy phone call to make sure they had every possible detail about us and our dog, then upon meeting the carers for the first time, two carers came to make sure that we met both the main and backup carer, which I highly appreciated! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they explain everything inside and out before they start and make sure you are comfortable. So easy to talk to with any issues and fast responses to emails. Bonus points as they always send you a message when they come and visit along with pictures of your pup too to make sure you know they are having a good time! The only reason we do not use them any more is because we have unfortunately moved out of area, but if they ever branch out, I will certainly be giving them a phone call - thank you! :).

We have used VIPPIES for many years and all our dogs have been wonderfully well looked after, always pleased to go, and always chilled when they get home. Thank you all.

Our Jack Russell Millie suffers from separation anxiety disorder which has improved greatly since she’s been to Vippies. Now she can’t wait to meet everybody. She pulls to get in and dashes off to play with her doggie friends. She’s just spent over a week in foster care, she obviously enjoyed herself even slightly reluctant to have her fun interrupted when I went to collect her. I would definitely recommend Vippies pet care. The staff take time to get to know the individual needs of your pet. Millie is totally at home in their care and has a wonderful time there. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily WhatsApp video of Millie playing with her friends while we were on holiday.

Vippies did a fantastic job and on our return our cats were very relaxed and well fed (compared to when we tried them in a cattery, they were very stressed and skin and bones! ) It's a no brainer cat sitting is the way forward and I'm really pleased we went with Vippies. Will now be my go to cat sitter. Did everything as instructed and 2 very happy cats :).

I can wholeheartedly recommend these lovely people. They are extremely understanding of our dogs needs and our dogs love going to doggy day care where their sociability and confidence has increased enormously. .

I cannot speak highly enough about the Vippies team. They are highly knowledgeable, always ready to help and you just know that they love your dog as much as you do. They work so hard and always with a smile. Simply brilliant whether for dog walking or doggie holidays while you are away.

Rhubarb has been attending Vippies since not settling at another Day Care. The level of care and contact is honestly second to none. He loves his time there and trots off without a backward glance. All of the team are amazing and clearly love what they do. Exactly as it says on the tin… A home from home service where you know your furbaby will be exceptionally well looked after and adored! Would highly recommend.

We have used vippies now for nearly 2 years, they have been amazing from start to finish, supporting with last minute changes especially when as a youngster our dog struggled with builders in the house, doing extra visits. Without them I can honestly say our boy would not be the same, to his favourite walker dee, thank you for everything, the advice and patience in dealing with first time dog owners! Sheena, jade and Jake have all helped to settle him into doggy day care and get over his anxiety, a dog that hated being touched loves his fun with jade and he now runs in to them all. 100% recommend them to anyone, thank you vippies x.

We discovered VIPPIES when our young Jack Russell was recovering from a very serious RTA. She had to be kept on cage rest for about 6-8 wks and then only allowed limited activity for anther 4 wks. She is a rescue with separation anxiety syndrome to further add to the complications. We were just about housebound when a friend recommended VIPPIES. We can honestly say they are very professional, well organised ensuring the pets needs come first, our little pooch just loves going for day care and foster care, She has been very well looked after and it has also been very helpful with her anxiety issues as VIPPIES know how to manage these very well. We can definitely say - Yippie for Vippies. .

Excellent professional service, giving 100% peace of mind that my cats were being so well cared for. First time using Vippies, impressed throughout from first contact, to chat on phone, to meeting carers and putting care plan together. Loved coming home to the daily notes of what my boys had been up to. Everything is thought of to make it such a wonderful service. Well done to all at Vippies and Dee our lovely career. Once again Luna has been well looked after by Maggie. I wouldn't leave her with anyone else. Maggie is aware of Luna, s health issues and takes very good care of her.

Maggie has been fantastic once again with my very nervous rescue dog Diego's day care. Although we don't use the service very often, Diego is always incredibly happy to spend time with Maggie. It's clear that Maggie does this work for her love of dogs. Great service also from the team at Vippies.

We have a very old dog and don't trust many people with his care, but we always trust VIPPIES. We have used them for short walks for Hamish, an overnight stay in our home with him, to bring him to the church on our wedding day and also last minute bookings. VIPPIES are always able to accommodate Hamish and we know he is always in safe hands. The notes we are left to let us know what he has been up to are lovely. Thank you for your fantastic care, we would recommend you to anyone who wants their pet to be in safe hands.

Our collie can be very choosy about the company she keeps, both human and canine! Vippies are always good with her she is happy to go out with them and also to stay with them if required. Vippies are experienced and knowledgeale regarding dog care and we have found them to be reliable and trustworthy, we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Leaving Tyler with someone was a massive step for me but within minutes of meeting Barry I knew he was the right person. Tyler stays with Barry at his home and is treated like one of the family. I get regular updates "from Tyler" which is so sweet and reassuring. Tyler gets lots of love and affection and I know he is spoiled rotten. I cannot recommend enough.

First aid course was excellent and easy to take in, run by instructors who are very passionate about animals. This course has given me the know-how and confidence to go on and become a competent pet first aider.
