Once again Vic Smith to the rescue! This wonderful family firm provides excellent service. We had a broken bed crisis and Denise made the whole process incredibly straightforward - all done by email and a couple of phone. Lightening service and delivery of a beautiful high quality bed. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

I purchased my bed 'Rest 66366 Vogue mattress on thin base with chrome legs in June this year and found the team really knowledgeable, could try out in shop in Covid measures, went away and came back to be sure, with no pushy selling. I then settled on everything, colour for base etc. The delivery was pushed back by me to finish decorating-was not a problem. They took my old bed/mattress and set up new one. Great team and super fast. The best bit, am sleeping 100 times better and now my sister is going for the same in two rooms. :). Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous Service, both in Shop and delivery. The Bed is so comfortable and the quality is ace! Trouble is don't want to get up in the morning, haha! Thanks again for your excellent Service and will certainly recommend you to Others if they require a new bed, etc.

I have the occasional guest stay over so I thought I would get a fold up bed for my spare room. I bought my bed from Vic Smith Beds and it is wonderful, so I thought I pop into their Enfield shop as I was in the vicinity. There I met Karl who is very helpful, I told him what I was looking for and he said it was no problem, folding beds are available to order and it takes about 10 days. He also asked if I had thought about a guest bed! I must confess I didn’t know what Karl meant, so he showed me. What a great idea a single bed with a slightly smaller one underneath that you can pull out and leave it low for little ones or fold the legs out for older ones. They offer different grades of mattress and I decided to go for the adult ones, so I can have a couple of friends stay over. It’s a great space saving idea and it looks great in the room. I'm not as agile as I used to be, so I bought myself an electrically adjustable bed from Vic Smith. I found the staff extremely helpful and patient. The bed is lovely, so easy to get in and out of and if my legs are particularly bad I can elevate them. Such a relief! My bed was delivered within a week of placing my order. The gentlemen were very careful and meticulous, placing the bed exactly where I wanted and made sure the controls all worked. They removed my old bed and all the packaging. It is wonderful to have proper old fashioned service from purchase to delivery. Thank you Vic Smith and all your Team.

From going into the shop, where the customer service as excellent, nothing was too much trouble and had expert advice, to my bed being delivered by great, polite staff, I cannot recommend Vic Smith Beds highly enough. Will definitely be using them for any future purchases.

I've been needing a new bed for quite a while and finally took the plunge and visited Vic Smith. They suggested I tried a few as it's the only way to find the right bed for me. I eventually picked a Rest Assured, it is so comfy. Apparently it has pocket springs to give me support topped with memory foam for the cuddle affect! I am so pleased with my new bed. Delivery was really quick I bought it Wednesday and it was delivered Saturday, and they collected my old bed. I've shown my friends my lovely new bed and they are quite jealous! I think there will be a few more purchased from Vic soon! Overall a great company to deal with and I will again.

Finally got round to buying a new bed and I must say Vic Smith Beds are brilliant. The fella in the Enfield shop knew his stuff. I got myself an all singing all dancing pocket spring with memory foam double bed, (really wanted a king-sized one but can't fit it in! ) They delivered it really quick - The next day! The delivery team are second to none great service even set the bed up and better still took the old one away - saved me loads of hassle! Highly recommended A+.

I needed to buy a new bed, long overdue! I found the staff friendly, very knowledgeable and patient (I can never make up my mind! )After at least half an hour I settled on a lovely king sized bed with pocket springs and memory foam and it was in stock, which meant I could have it delivered free the very next morning. The boys turned up about 10 greeted me with a smile and took my nice new bed upstairs set it all up and took the packaging away and even took my old bed away. Now that's what I call good old fashioned service. I will be buying from Vic again, they have some lovely solid oak furniture. I'm saving my pennies! I wish I had bought local before beats these big bed companies hands down. Just thought I would give an update.
