Verbatim Services offers translation services in any language combination and subject area with an emphasis on quality and customer service. All translations are carried out by professional in-country translators who only ever translate into their own native language. All translators are members of the Institute of Translating and Interpreting or the equivalent professional body in their own country.

The company is managed by Sue Copas who has been involved in the translation services industry for many years. Sue Copas is well trained to look after the company, having previously worked for a global translation services company.
