I have used Vale Removals for both a house move and a commercial move and would without a second thought, use them again. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing seems to be a problem, and if any problems do occur, they are dealt with in a professional and efficient way. Highly recommended, moving can be a stressful experience, Vale Removals made it much less so.

Vales Removals in Cardiff are an extremely professional and efficient company. Gareth is absolutely brilliant and co-ordinated the clearance of my mum's flat in Penarth seamlessly. The service you get with Vales Removals is first class and nothing is too much trouble for them. The customer service you receive from Gareth is outstanding and the company is very reliable. I was extremely pleased with the service I received, particularly as I had to arrange her flat clearance from 160 miles away. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Vale Removals were brilliant on the day we moved. They turned up on time, the guys were polite and nothing was too much trouble on a VERY warm day. They had us packed up by 11. 15am and when we got the keys to our new house they had us unpacked and everything in its correct place in less than two hours. I had arranged for the Pickup, move, deliver option to move flats from Canton to Fairwater. The day before I had a worry that I'd not be packed in time so called Vale and they said they will change to the packing service for me. They arrived promptly at 9am with 10 boxes and packed my belongings quickly but carefully. The 2 lads were chatty and helpful. Everything was loaded on to the van and strapped in. The unpacking was also very quick and professional. The move was completed at 12:45. I have no hesitation in recommending them for a move.

Moving house is a night are but not if you hire Vale Removals. The best decision I made was to call Gareth. His team were prompt, professional and very careful with our stuff. Not once did they knock or chip any paintwork. They were calm, methodical and totally took the stress out of moving. We were supplied our packing materials free of charge which saved us a fortune compared to the other companies in the area. On the day of the move we had to wait until 3:30pm for our keys, not once did the boys moan or even mention a charge for waiting, if anything they kept the family on a positive note with their humour. From our initial call to Emma in Vale removals office to the last box being put into place in our new home, Vale removals have been outstanding.
