About Vale Cranial

CST is a hands-on whole body treatment. It works with the natural and unique rhythms of the different body systems to pinpoint and address problem sources.

CST can help to alleviate the aches, pains and strains of life, it can improve coping mechanisms to allow for better management of stress.

The techniques can help improve the body’s ability to self-care and can produce profound, positive changes.

I am also a qualified CranioSacral therapist for dogs and horses, as I feel they need and deserve the same care and support as we do.

I have also become a fully qualified Cold Laser therapist for horses and dogs. This is also a non-invasive treatment which helps the muscles at cellular level to repair faster. By increasing the mitcondria (ATP) of the cell.

CST uses a light touch and works with the whole body, craniosacral was developed by Dr John E Upledger, CST works with the body’s craniosacral system to support and nourish the central nervous system - improving the overall health and wellbeing.

Cold laser therapy, also know as low-level laser therapy (LLLT) or photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. It helps increase cellular energy, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, relieve pain and support tissue repair with out generating heat or ceasing discomfort. There for is suitable for all ages.

CST appointments will be one hour. You remain fully dressed throughout the treatment.

If you are bring your dog for a treatment. The appointment time will also be an hour, this gives enough time for the dog to be able to settle and relax.

When working with horses again the treatment time will be an hour, if you would like me to work on your horse with cold laser therapy this can bee added onto the treatment or combined within the hour. I will also charge travel time unless I am treating more than one horse at the yard. Please see my website for further details.
