I booked to have my eye lashes done via a groupon deal that I brought. I called up to book an appointment about 1 month before I need it to make sure I got my place booked in. All was fine and I was booked in for 24/7/15. About 1 week before I was due to go I started to think would I need patch test. I decided to get my sister to call as she booked the appointment in the first place for me. She had no answer for 4days after calling the salon. I was starting to worry as I was due to go on holiday myself so I decided as I had broken off work I would call myself I got an answer straight away to be told no booked had been made and that she could not fit me in as she was going on holiday herself the next day. I found it very strange that my sister who originally booked my appointment was getting no answer and the moment I called with a number they did not recognise the phone was picked up. In my eyes I think she knew my sisters number and was ignoring her. I will never advise anybody to use this salon. I was very much let down and disappointed.Moreexpand_more

We always strive to offer excellent customer service at all times, although at peak times of the year we do get very busy and during these times it is unfortunate but telephones can not always be answered, as part of our standard practice we always respond to any messages as soon as possible. We certainly are not selective on answering any calls as we value all customers and we do not cancel anyone's pre booked appointments without prior communication and come to an agreement with the customer to provide the best service possible.
