Ricky was brilliant with my Son and made him feel confident in his ability to take his driving test - passed 1st time with 1 minor. Ricky is laid back and calm, which works well for learner drivers. He was patient with me and my last minute worries, which he dealt with professionally.

Highly recommend Ricky. Quick response to messages, booking my son in for a 4 hour refresher and mock test two days before his test day. Also an extra hour of driving and taking him to his test in Basingstoke. My son passed first time with just one minor. Ricky’s now teaching my other son. Both sons have said Ricky’s a great instructor, patient and makes you feel at ease.

Ricky was a fantastic instructor, I had lessons to prepare for my test and he really made me feel comfortable and confident leading up to it. We tailored the lessons to focus on what I needed most work on, I passed with only 1 minor and wouldn’t have been able to do it without him, definitely recommend!

Well a massive thank you to Ricky who came to the rescue at last minute. Our son had his driving test today but less than 10 days ago his old instructor had his car written off but on the same day Ricky advertised so we contacted him and he managed to get a few lessons in to include today as well as his test and passed . Highly recommend Ricky for learner drivers at any stage. His teaching style is straightforward and effective, and he's been spot-on at tailoring lessons to the areas needing the most focus. He'll tell you what's going well and what needs work, and the simplest steps to make things right. What an absolute professional from start to finish. Our son went from an absolute beginner who had never sat in the driving seat to passing his test, and at only 18! He couldn’t have done it without Rick’s patience and skills at improving his confidence. Rick was so accommodating and nothing was a problem. I can not thank Ricky enough on helping my daughter pass her test. She had previously gone with another instructor and things did not go well. This knocked her confidence, but her faith was restored as soon as she started her lessons with Ricky. He was calm, patient with a friendly attitude. Would recommend him to anyone looking to learn to drive, especially if you're nervous and need someone that will put you at ease.

Cannot thank ricky enough! Amazing at what he does. After having not such great experiences with previous driving instructors being shouty, I lost confidence. However since being with Ricky I rapidly improved and found my confidence again. Highly recommend.

Ricky is a top guy. A very relaxed person to talk to and is just a good driving instructor. Shown by me passing first time. He tells you to the point when you have cocked up which you need. He is also happy to have a good laugh and a joke which is important when you’re very nervous about what is going on. If you need to be taken or dropped off anywhere he is more than happy to do that and also takes you to lots of places. We had good fun and he taught me well. Thanks Ricky.

Great instructor to have tells you in good detail what you are doing wrong and how to fix the issue and is very calm not making you feel pressure .

Ricky is and has been a wonderful driving instructor. With me being a nervous person when it comes to driving, he has shown such an amazing attitude towards myself and improved my self belief. Having asked around for recommendations for a driving instructor, we heard lots of negative stories. However, we did hear positive comments about Ricky through a relative and decided to contact him on the off chance that he could find room to teach our son. I don’t believe we were in Ricky’s normal catchment area but he agreed to tutor our son with 2 hour lessons, which was absolutely perfect. The feed back we got from our 17 year old was he felt very relaxed with Ricky, he appreciated the way Ricky taught him, explaining everything and always prepared to go over the same items until he got it right. Our son always look forward to his next lesson as to him, he was simply going out with a mate for two hours for a drive and chat. The whole experience was a pleasure and resulted with our son passing his test first time. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ricky to anyone…… Thank you.

Ricky was my third and by far the best instructor I have ever had, from the first lesson I knew I was in good hands. Ricky adapted manoeuvres techniques if I struggled or had any difficulty, drew diagrams to help better my understanding for concepts and was very chill for the entire time I was with him. Highly recommend Ricky to any learner drivers in the area.

Absolutely fantastic, could not recommend enough! Ricky was able to help me (an extremely nervous driver) learn from day 1. He is very understanding and non judgemental and works at a pace that suits you. Honestly he made the entire experience far better than I ever could have hoped for, I would recommend him everytime.
