John is a great driving instructor, very thorough and experienced, thanks for helping pass my test first time!

I took my test on 5th March and I passed 1st time with only 6 faults thanks to John. He is brilliant, professional, patient, experienced and very very friendly. John always made me confidence while driving, he is strict but because he cares about my driving skills and safety in the road, so when the time comes I would be fully and well prepared, both for the driving test and independent driving in the future. I totally recommend Tuga driving school and John, it will be worth it every penny.

I had an excellent driving instructor John. He was very patient, understanding, friendly, and a fantastic teacher. He was very motivating even when I wasn't feeling confident in myself. John is strict but that showed how much he cared about my driving techniques and he ensured that I was well and fully prepared, not only for the test but for my future independent driving. I took my test on the 10th January and I passed 1st time with only 2 minor faults. The examiner was very happy with my MSM routines and my safety and Awareness on the road which was all down the best instructor I could have hoped for. If you want to pass your test and become a good driver, please choose John and you will be as happy as I am right now because he is the best. Thank you John for everything you taught me.

I got my license with John. John is an incredibly professional, punctual, patient, experienced and friendly instructor. He explained why drivers had to do certain things while driving in order to drive safely in London which helped me immensely in building good driving habits. This was important as I did so not so much for the sake of passing but more for becoming a safe and confident driver. John also ensured that I did not pick up bad habits along the way and corrected my mistakes promptly during lessons. While John may at times be stern when addressing my mistakes, it prevented me from committing the same mistakes repeatedly, which is what one would expect of a driving instructor. This allowed me to improve with each lesson. I took 2 lessons a week for almost one month and when I took my first test, I accumulated 0 minor faults but I failed because I stepped on the accelerator during the emergency brake exercise due to me being too nervous. I passed my test with John within 4 months of lessons, he had taught me everything so well. He was very patient with me, he’s the best teacher any one can ask for. He made sure I was aware of any errors I had made and ensured I understood so I wouldn’t make the same mistake again. His advice and guidance was very beneficial. I feel very confident with my driving. John doesn’t just make sure I am a good driver he makes sure I am an amazing safe driver.

I would like to thank Clive for all his hard work. I had heard a rumour regarding him being one of the best in south london. It wasn’t till I got in the car with him that I saw him in action. Money well spent. Everything broken down so well He has a technique for absolutely everything. I will be recommending clive to my partner and some of my work colleagues.

I have had 12 hours of driving lessons with John from Tuga Driving School and I passed my test at first attempt in Mitcham Test Center with only 4 minor faults. John is a very competent instructor, patient, punctual, always happy to help. On top of that, he is a good laugh to drive with and someone you can have a laugh with, which always helps. I have no doubt to recommend him to anyone. John displayed utmost professionalism and is highly reliable. He regularly gave me challenges in every lesson, therefore compelling me, to become a more confident driver. I’ve just passed my driving test first time and I would like to throw all the thanks to my driving instructor Clive. He helped me pass it with only 10 paid hours! The support and break down of every little detail from driving to manoeuvres he gave, helped me do it and I couldn’t thank him enough. I learnt more in 10 hours than I did with a previous instructor from a different driving school in 20! Thank you again Clive.

I have had sets of lessons here and there over about 3 years, and each time I never managed to get to test standard. When I got in touch with John I outlined my experience and the timeframe in which I wanted to pass once and for all. I found John to be a great instructor, he was straight to the point and clear, and he made sure to go over my weaker areas to ensure I didn’t pick up any bad habits. I found the lessons informative, and John addressed issues he saw in my driving immediately. He was also reliable and punctual throughout which was very helpful, as I was only able to do lessons at certain times of the day due to work. While driving he put me at ease by chatting normally but we still had his eye on my driving at all times. Overall I would recommend John, and I’m delighted to have passed first time. Antonio was a fantastic instructor right from my very first lesson. I was not the most confident would-be driver, but with Antonio's patience and rigorous teaching/training, I was able to become confident behind the wheel and picked up my driving licence! Wohoo! He has excellent knowledge of cars, and all things mechanical, and he will teach you all the skills you need to be a safe and confident driver for life.
