We have our house cleaned by Edit from The House Wizard weekly and the standard is very high. She will always go the extra mile to ensure cupboards are clean inside and out as well as the usual things you would expect. She also does our ironing and if there are occasions when there is less to do one week she will use her initiative to do other things like our Venetian blinds.

Since our last cleaner retired we have tried various agencies and individuals and have always been disappointed by the standard of work and/or reliability. The House Wizards are fantastic - they really listen to what you want. We now have Liza each week who always turns up, always has a smile and is a brilliant cleaner! Cannot recommend too highly.

I have used THW's cleaning services many times in the past and they never disappointed! They provided me with one-off professional cleaning mostly when moving in/out from rented accommodation. The owner, Andrea, is very helpful and flexible. They asked me about the exact services I require and promptly provided me with a reasonable quote. They came when we agreed and did a very thorough job every time. During the inventory check-out at the last place the check out lady noted that the flat looks much better when we move out vs how it looked at the time of move in - and we didn't have a penny deducted from our deposit. THW Cleaning came and removed horrible tea and other stains from our carpets in the dining room and the hallway. They were very through and left the carpets looking a lot cleaner than they had been in a long time.

This business is run by a fantastically organised and together lady who recognises the importance in staff training and positive attitudes. Her staff are well looked after which means her customers in turn are well looked after. If you don't get on with your cleaner she keeps replacing from her large group of staff until you are happy. It is so important to have a trusting and strong relationship wth your cleaner and Andrea Vida, who owns the company, recognises this. I would recommend to anyone!

We contacted THW Cleaning to clean our 4 bedroom property at the end of our tennancy. To be honest the house had got into quite a state, with a baby, working full time and 2 dogs cleaning never was our priority! We were worried we may loose money from our tennacy appointment especially for the kitchen (oven) and bathrooms. We moved out and then THW came in and cleaned, whne we met the estate agent for checkout we were surprised on how the house looked, it was gleeming and sparkling, the oven looked brand new and the taps, kitchen and bathroom were looking fantastic. We were so happy I actully wanted to move back in! We got all our deposit back and we were delighted with the efficiency and quality of THW.
