Raff at Trademark Construction, formerly known as 1st Call, has done lots of work at our home over several years. He has installed double glazed external doors, decorated rooms and replaced flooring and our latest project is the building of an extension. He is highly professional, always turns up when he says he will, pays great attention to detail, completes work to the highest standards. Completely trustworthy, we're happy to leave him working in our home when we're out. Our extension is absolutely stunning, Raff and his team have done the most amazing job, everyone who has seen it has loved it. Highly recommend.

Raf has done so much work for me. Wallpapering and painting rooms, and he also fitted my entire house with new double glazing. He's reliable, tidy, trustworthy (he would work on my house while I was at work) and always does a great job. I'd recommend him to anyone if they need work carried out on their property.

I needed a walk in type shower unit due to ill health, I knew roughly what I wanted so we contacted 1st Call and Raph came out to chat with us. He had ideas as to what would work best, asked us for a budget cost and got to work. He turned up Overwhelmed with the finish on our bathroom! On time each morning and worked right through the day, at all times the carpets in the hall, stairs and landing were covered with protective sheets. On several occasions he checked with me as to what would be suitable to accommodate our needs, if there were any changes to be made they were discussed up front. The work was completed early and on budget with minimal disruption to our daily routine. We were consulted at each stage, asked what we thought etc. When he asked us to come up and check the final finish I actually shed tears, it was so overwhelming. It was far more professional and superior than what I had ever dreamed or imagined. Had four radiators installed the work was done very quickly and efficiently. Was really impressed how clean the house was after he had finished the job. Have used him in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
