Hi I'm Phil and ew here, I have have running Topnotch Property Services for over 12 years now.
I class myself as a Multi Skilled Tradesman and have over 25 years experience in the Building Sector. There's not much I cannot turn my hand too when it comes to Building Maintainance or Repairs, please check out my photos to see for yourself.

My main skills are Carpentry with a background in Stage and Exhibition Set Building but over the years I have worked on various contracts picking up new skills and paid for many training courses.

The types of work I now carry out include :
Small Roofing repairs, Small Kitchen and Bathroom Installations, Wall Tiling, En-Suites, Wet Plumbing ie just water not (Gas or Heating), Alterations inc Wall Removal, RSJ - Installation, Window and Door Fitting inc Lock fitting and repairs, Fencing and Decking, Shed Building or Repairs, Hand rails, House clearing and cleaning prior to a sale or new tenants, door trimming after new carpets fitted, shelving and flat pack furniture assembly etc.
