I have had this table for two years now, and I love it! Table looks perfect, even after two years of use, with no table cloth. The extension is amazingly useful and so easy to operate! One of the chairs broke after 15 month or so, and the response I got was fast and efficient, the chair was replaced in no time. Have recommended to all my friends.

Received item well packaged and delivery men were great. Was surprised that only one delivery man carried the large box in containing a tv cabinet. Once I unpacked it I realised that the cabinet was very light weighted. Not too sure how much solid oak is on the cabinet as other oak furniture I have would take some lifting. However it looks exactly as it does in photos so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Ordered from here for the first time and received my items yesterday. Once the order was placed, we got a call a few days later to arrange a delivery time. Then on the day of delivery we got a call when the drivers were arriving within the next half an hour. The two chest of drawers were great - fantastic quality for the price. Unfortunately we found some surface damage to the wardrobe upon opening it. Emailed customer support who got back to me within an hour, providing a sincere apology and several solutions to our problem. While the damage was unfortunate, the quickness with which everything was rectified left us feeling really impressed. The products are really worth their value and with such good customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Top Furniture Ltd again.

I ordered 4 pieces of furniture about 12 days ago. After 6 days received a phone call to sort out delivery. I received my items today. I have never bought furniture before online and not without seeing it first. I would highly recommend this company for quality, price and service. I am absolutely delighted with my furniture, Thank you Top Furniture.

Was advised that delivery of my furniture oil/wax polish could be between 10 to 15 days - goods arrived within 5 days - very impressed. Always a pleasure dealing with this company.

Love the chairs. Well wrapped for delivery and delivery at 8. 15am. All good. Sat on one now writing this review - very comfy!

The service was first class from start to finish, my table is very well made and looks lovely in my kitchen diner. The price was excellent compared with other high street retailers, I'm always a bit apprehensive when ordering furniture online in case they aren't as well made as what they look in the photos but I IWasn't disappointed. I've ordered 2 more pieces for my lounge so I hope they are as nice.

Spotted this company on the internet and realised I could visit showroom,great no pushy salesmen just very nice people keen to help you, took table home extremely good quality very easy to assemble just screw on legs.

I ordered my furniture from the Dartford showroom, excellent service. Goods arrived exactly when I asked for them! All furniture top quality. I have just rang customer services to exchange my dining room table for the next size, sent an email and with an hour the new one us ordered, plus I've ordered tv cabinet for our small lounge, once again excellent service. Received very quickly. Unfortunately all four legs to the larger table were missing fixing screws so presumably were glued on to the frame only. I did use my own screws to make the table stable but I don't feel it's my job to correct poor workmanship. I did phone your customer services although she said she would pass it on she didn't take my order number or name.

The service was very good although the lead length was quite long. The only thing we found wrong was we ordered grey chairs and when we got them they look cream.
