Tina Counsell is a Fellow and Examiner UKAPTD (Theatre and Ballroom Branches) - AISTD - TDCI approved adjudicator. Level 3 Yoga Instructor, SAC Dip. (Yoga teacher) and a Registered Instructor in Basic Anatomy in Dance.

Tina has been teaching all genres of dance since 1985, having gained her teaching qualifications and been awarded the Phylis Haylor scholarship by the ISTD. She has choreographed many professional productions including Aladdin, Snow White, The Music Man, Spell Bound, Bernie Clifton's Easter Special, and the TV Sooty Show. In 1989 she was made an examiner and now travels the country for the UKA to assess children and adults in theatre and ballroom branches. She has judged many national competitions and festivals and also runs workshops for ballet and theatre schools. Past pupils have gained places at many of the top dance schools and colleges and are now working professionally. Tina has appeared in many theatre productions and has worked alongside Danny La Rue, Keith Harris and Orville, Ted Rogers, cast members of Neighbours, Eastenders and Emmerdale, and Lorraine Chase to name a few. Her TV credits include House of Elliot, Casualty, The Sinbin, KYTV, Martin Chuzzlewit, Little Lord Fauntleroy, The Healer and Dangerfield.
