Time for Me (of Kenilworth) since 2011 has been offering NST Bowen Technique, Clinical Reflexology and Thermo-auricular therapy (ear candling) to a wide range of satisfied and repeat clients of all ages, from the extremely young to those in their 90s, in Kenilworth, Warwick, Coventry, Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding areas. Specialist focus available on maternity and fertility, nerve or limbic aspects.

Discreet ground floor clinic on main shopping street in Kenilworth with good accessibility including a bus stop outside serving Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick and Warwick University and within walking distance of Kenilworth Railway station.

Bowen and Clinical Reflexology can support clients with a wide range of symptoms. Neither is a substitute for medical care but both work well alongside medical treatment and indeed many clients who have exhausted the medical route find that they receive a great deal of benefit from complementary therapies conducted by properly trained and qualified practitioners who invest a great deal of time and effort in updating and developing their skills.

Kathryn Phillips has been developing her complementary health skills since the 1980s, training further in clinical Reflexology and Bowen technique with The International Institute of Reflexology and the European College of Bowen Studies respectively and going on to train in Neurostructural Integration Technique and develop specialist skills in the areas of hormones (including maternity and fertility), nerves and the limbic areas of the brain.
