A professional health and lifestyle coach for burnt out autistic and ADHD women, who are using binge-restrict cycles to regulate emotions and manage overwhelm, to finally build a healthier relationship and more confidence around food, using sensory safe meals without and diet restrictions.
As a late-diagnosed autistic woman, I understand the struggles around food and exhaustion just from everyday life, after hitting burnout a few years ago. I qualified as a Health Coach at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, a recognised NHS health professional qualification to offer online health consultations to my clients.
I use holistic health practices and a client-centred approach to improve overall health and wellbeing, and transform them into realistic lifestyle habits, that are individualised for you and your family to live life to the full. With such conflicting information and resources available, it can be overwhelming. That’s because each diet and exercise routine aren’t made for every body type, so instead we focus on what is unique to your body, history of family health, and current lifestyle and eating habits. I coach on different aspects of your life including nutrition and diet, exercise and fitness, relaxing, mindfulness and self-care techniques and relationships.
