Ben proof read my PhD thesis, a ~200 page document using the track change function. He suggested and made (after consulting with me) lots of useful changes regarding style and consistency. The turn around time was fantastic; I actually think that Ben made the changes faster than I accepted them (using the track change function). As this is a technical document (Engineering), there were certain concepts and phrases that Ben was not familiar with; in this case, he flagged (using comments) that the text didn’t sound right grammatically speaking and suggested some changes - he was mostly right in this case and I changed the text accordingly and run the changes past Ben (who happily checked them). I have found Ben to be very helpful, patient and efficient and I would recommend him in the future.
