Just wanted to say a big thank you to Julie at The Printing press for all her help with our business cards. They have been delivered and they look great! We look forward to ordering from them again in the future.

Placed an order online for business cards, on 27 April 2013, delivery in 3-5 working days quoted by them. 9 working days later still no delivery. I spoke to them yesterday. They said that they had dispatched, although could not supply any tracking information. I pointed out that in the comments I had said "time was of the essence" they said they would call back later when they had traced what had happened - No phone call. I emailed them last night asking them to contact me - no contact. You phone them - no answer, they never return calls - Customer service is non-existent - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! - An interesting response - it did state that "time was of the essence" this is legal terminology for if you accept the order you need to deliver it in the time that you specify. I would also point out to anyone considering to use this company that there are plenty of other printing companies who will answer the phone, reply to your emails, return the phone call as promised about your order and resolve an issue without having to threaten legal action. This only ever is done as a last resort when you get no response. My advice stands. Just try calling them and see if you get an answer before you place an order and then make your mind up! I notice also that the status sat on awaiting dispatch until I phoned them, then it changed the next day to dispatched, today it has changed to refunded and guess what - No delivery - so it is obvious nothing ever was dispatched either time.Moreexpand_more

Ordered 1000 leaflets from supplied artwork. The quality of the product was excellent; the service was prompt; the cost was competitive. Also, the phone advice re uploading artwork and placing order could not have been better. Thank you.

Fast efficient and friendly design service,Steve was more than helpful, very quick turn a round on printing, we where surprised when they turned up a day earlier than expected ! . We where exceptionally pleased with the quality of the ordered presentation folders. The images where crystal clear and colours spot on. Many thanks excellent service.

As a past graphic designer and print buyer I approached buying print on the internet with trepidation. However, as the business cards needed were just for a personal project I felt I could take the risk. However, I was extremely pleased with the ease of file upload and the quality of the finished article (good weight of card and very attractive matt laminate to the double-sided print job). The cards were with me exactly a week from placing the order, however the only small comment I'd make where service could be improved is the acknowledgement of receipt of order. There was no emailed acknowledgement and I had to chase to establish whether the order had arrived and was of a suitable quality for print.

Thought you might like to know how wonderful you are! Your website is one of the clearest and easiest to use I know in its field, the price was less than I had been paying another company, the cards are how I designed them, and the delivery time was even quicker than promised. I used The Printing Press for a one-off A0 poster for an academic conference. The online ordering system was very easy, and I was particularly impressed with the value for money, as posters are printed onto tough, waterproof vinyl, whereas competitors were quoting a similar price but with only 190 gsm paper. I was impressed with the quality of the print and the turnaround time was good (ordered late on Thursday, arrived the next Wednesday morning).

The turnaround and delivery was extremely quick and the prints were exactly as specified. I also found the on-line ordering service very easy to use so I am planning to use them again very soon.

I have used The Printing Press for two orders so far and have been impressed both by the quality of the results, in terms of paper/card quality and print colour/uniformity, and also in the speed of the turnaround. I received both orders well within the advertised turnaround time. I found the support given by email excellent, with a fast response and to the point. I particularly like the fact that the pricing is all-inclusive with no hidden extras like expensive courier charges. I unreservedly recommend The Printing Press to others. Tom.

First time I had used this company although they had come recommended. Uploaded our artwork very easily and they arrived within the 5 days service. Very good value for money and we will certainly use them again.

I've been in design for over 10 years and used countless local printers but nothing touches The Printing Press when it comes to quality and service its hard to choose which i rate higher! Too good to be true but its true! I look forward to using them again and again and again.

I have tried many different printing companies over the internet, but the printing press has by far out done all of these with speedy turn around time (3days for 5000 A6 Double sided leaflets), great quality printing and exceptional customer service.

We recieved our new business cards and found them to be exactly as designed and of the best quality. Due to a bank holiday the service return was disrupted but on our enquiry the customer support and response was excellent and as promised they business cards arrived on time and when stated. Highly recommended for business cards printing. Staff was helpful, although we had a problem with supplied artwork and colours, and after some reasonable amount of negotiation was willing to help me out with printing excellent cards exactly to my requirements. Great value for money.

I recently ordered some flyers we had produced to promote our Pre-School. As a charity we can't spend loads of money of these things, but the Printing Press came up trumps! Fantastic looking flyers, delivered extremely quickly. I will definitely use them again. Thanks very much.

Contacted The Printing Press after a bad quality service with another firm. When I called them they were very helpful and made sure I had correct image stats for my business card before going to print. Received my cards today and they have come out better then expected. Their prices are also outstanding for the quality! Definitely recommend and will use again.

I've just helped brand a new company and was looking for a cheap printer, which is when I found the Printing Press. The service and quality of the printed articles I received was excellent and better than many higher-priced printers I've used in the past. I won't hesitate to use them again!
