I paid 650 for a block booking which  they could not fulfil due to Suzanna constantaliy cancelling appointment and one one occasion I sat for 20 mins before being told she had not turned up for work as had a University deadline. Further cancelled appointments due to staff illness meant my treatments would not be completed in time. I requited a refund as was offered £353 as had had one appt which had been ineffective due to months delay in second appointment available. I paid upfront for series of laser appointments on 27/3/2019. Had one successful appointment but when heard nothing chased 6/6/2019 and again on 24/6/2019 and again on 8/7/2019 when I was advised I was not entitled to a refund. I requested a copy of my signed agreement and was told 'it's logged on the computer system' their website was then changed to include a T and C declaration. I was. Offered a gesture of goodwill £353 and told I had til end of day to accept. .

I was nervous at first but I was soon put at ease by Chris. His clinic is immaculate and his knowledge is second to none. Looking forward to my next session in 6 weeks.
