At The Holistic Birth Company, we provide face to face, high quality, evidence based education for women and their families in all areas of antenatal, labour and postnatal care.

Our antenatal classes give you the chance to meet other parents-to-be in a relaxed environment and learn all you need to know to feel confident and empowered on your personal journey, whatever that may be.

Based in Sheffield, we offer sociable, relaxed sessions where no question is too silly and no topic off limits. Our approach is honest and realistic about the realities of parenthood. We discuss all options surrounding birth and feeding choices and there are no pushy agendas.

Each antenatal class provides vital, evidence-based education to ensure that you are as prepared as possible for whatever your journey may bring: spontaneous labour to induction, vaginal birth to Caesarean section, breastfeeding to bottle feeding and absolutely everything in between.
