The company, which is located in Tunbridge Wells, was set up in 2009 and has many years of experience in the Complementary Therapy business.
Michelle Sanson also works at The Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells as a Reflexologist, at Knowle Grange in Frant as a Holistic Therapist. Also at the Anada Clinic in Tonbridge. Michelle would like to welcome clients to her home for a holisitic therapy of their choice. Each therapy treatment is tailored to individual needs. Situated just off Broadwater Down, there is plenty of parking available, in a quiet pleasant location with a comfortable therapy room.
The Floating Factor aims to supply people with a professional complementary therapy service and has a fully functional treatment room. The expert personnel ensure clients fully benefit from the health advantages of the therapies offered. The service is designed to help the person reach optimum health and well-being every time. Each Therapy may be combined with Reiki for the ultimate luxurious and beneficial treatment.
Michelle is a fully qualified professional practitioner B. A. Hons (MFHT) a registered and insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies. The Floating Factor incorporates the therapies which will wholly benefit your health and well-being.

I came to the Floating Factor for a treatment, one that I wanted for some time. I was receiving a pain which kept getting worse day by day. I had checked the website out and after reading about it I was hopeful that by going to a holistic healing treatment it would reduce this pain. However, when I came for my treatment, I received the wrong treatment for my pain. The treatment I had ended up making my pain worse. Before starting the treatment I was not told much about what I would be receiving. It would have been helpful if more conversation had happened on this. During the treatment itself although at times some of the massage helped to sooth the pain, towards the end of the treatment there was one pressure point that was touched which ended up giving me a lot of pain in other areas of my body after the treatment. At the time I did mention a striking pain but this area was pressed on a few times after that. During the treatment we had also talked about the price for follow up treatments but at the end of the treatment a price was given to me for a different treatment. I am now experiencing more pain than I did before. A better understanding on the person’s problem areas and what treatments are right depending on the pain is needed during the sessions at the Floating Factor.Moreexpand_more

I have emailed the above email address and explained that I take any review very seriously and would like the opportunity to evaluate her comments but that I need to know the date of her treatment so that I can read through my notes from the day and make a valid and informed response. I have had no reply to this request. I did have the option of hiding this review but I have chosen not to as I am honest in my desire to give my clients the very best possible treatment and I respect any clients genuine comments which will always be reflected here. I have used The Floating Factor for Reflexology and Reiki on several occasions and found the treatments of immense benefit. I suffer from depression and stress and having a course of treatments made a great difference. Michelle is a very caring good therapist who took the time to discuss my needs and made me feel at ease throughout all my treatments.

I went to Michelle with a severe stiff neck which I believed was hereditory but I was desperate for some relief. After 3 sessions my neck was completely free and the stiffness has never returned. I would heartily recommend her and her lovely facilities to everyone.
