I have no hesitation in giving Fay a full five star recommendation. Her charges are extremely fair. Her service is exemplarily. She has come 'to my rescue' many times, explaining clearly how to solve a problem, what equipment she would recommend for my personal use. She always finds a great price within my budget. Nothing is too much trouble. She gives time and patience to her clients, however small the mater might seem, from the novice user to those who have a good knowledge of the IT world. Which does not include me!

I had problems with emails not sending but instead going into my drafts folder. I then had to resend them again from the drafts folder…Frustrating because I was never confident that they had been sent. Fay checked everything on my lap top out and diagnosed the problem. Hopefully that's the end of that. Fay is always helpful and at hand if I need help. I can recommend Fay to anyone that needs help with their computer.

Having previously benefitted from help removing a stubborn virus, I had no hesitation in approaching The Computer Cookie again - this time to set up and to transfer the contents of our old lap top to the new one. Once again, Fay was most efficient, quick to respond and to cover aspects that we hadn't thought of. That's definitely my 'Go-To' call in times of computer trouble.

We met Fay this morning for the first time, we had several issues with our computers as we are both O A P s and are not very well tuned in to hi tec. Fay is charming friendly reassuring and very capable, with the patience of a Saint, we thank you so much, and I can say with confidence if you are looking for some one to help. Many thanks to Fay for the excellent service she provided in helping me install my new iMac. She was never flustered, very efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. She never baulked at the myriad of questions I kept asking her and was always willing to explain any technicalities that I found difficult to understand. I had had a long list of niggles, problems and questions which Fay worked through calmly and effectively with me. My PC is the better for it and so is my knowledge and confidence.

Fantastic service. After one week of no emails etc. All Dell could suggest was that I reinstall my Operating System on the three machines that were affected. Fay and her colleague came to the rescue and sorted it out within a very short period of time and got me back up and running again without any re installation! I will ALWAYS use them in the future as I have had excellent service.

Had a lot of trouble setting up my Galaxy smart phone and my Nexus 7 tablet. FAYE came to my rescue and hey presto they are now on line and working to my satisfaction.

Due to an error on my part (turning off computer before updates had downloaded) my newish computer with windows 8. 1 refused to boot-up. Surprised at the amount of time it had taken me to get absolutely nowhere I contacted Computer Cookie for their help. As you can see I'm back on-line and everything seems tickety-boo. I have used the computer Cookie services more than once - for me, that says it all really.

Fay has helped resolve a major issue with a laptop that was almost at a standstill. Very efficient, helpful and friendly service. I run a small Guest House and I had a problem with my wi fi connection in two rooms at the back of the house. I bought a wireless mini pocket router but didn't understand how to install it. Fay was so easy going and sensible, understanding the whole process but also explaining to me all the way through what she was doing and how it worked.
