I’ve been seeing Paz for a while now. When I first went to see him I was off work, in terrible pain, hugely sceptical and very scared. The fear factor was heightened by a very anti chiropractor GP! Paz was and has continued to be very reassuring, patient, empathetic, communicative and professional! I have spent many years in and out of debilitating pain with back problems. I wish I had seen Paz years ago! Hey ho I’ve found him now and he’s literally ‘got my back’ ? . Thanks Cliffs for educating me and giving me a ‘happy back’ with your great treatment and advice. I have been attending the clinic for 7 years now and have always received excellent treatment and advice. I would recommend this clinic to anyone no matter how big or small the issue.

I chose to go to Arif, as he personally called me back out of 3 Chriopractors. I was unsure if a Chriopractor was even the correct avenue to go through. I explained my 4 year old sons Gabe's problem to Arif, as it is not a constant issue but it has happened 4 times in his life. As a mum I knew something was not right. Arif explained to me it could be a couple of things over the phone. We had our consultation, my main concern was how Gabe would take to the treatment. Arif explained about building a rappor with Gabe, however it took no time and Gabe was happy and comfortable. Gabe is at the end of his 6 weeks, 2 treatments per week. Now we start the another 6 weeks, one treatment a week. Gabe absolutely can't wait to go and see Arif, he comes out of school and asks to go see Arif even when it's not our day. Gabe is very open to treatment, he actually re-enacts the treatment that Arif does on myself. I may have a little Chriopractor in the making, it seems, Arif has made a lasting impression on Gabe. Gabe has Autism, he was immediately relaxed from the consultation. What also helped was Dante's dog bed and toys were in the treatment room, Gabe loves dogs and could hold a toy. Whilst the consultant room is very professional the whole ambiance of the practice is very welcoming. It helps it is a converted house and not a sterile environment like clinics can be. It does not have the sterile smell that could put children off. All this may sound odd for a review, however if you are a parent of a Autisic child, reading these little things may help you choose to see Arif. I have gone with all recommendations Arif has made as I'm willing to try anything to give my son the best health. I have been coming to the cliffs for past ten weeks with back neck and tennis elbow I am feeling so much better can’t thank guys enough great team.

I came in with sciatica, pain in back and shooting down legs and could hardly walk. Had an X-ray and Paz explained the findings in detail and told me the plan of action including manipulation, tips of how to sit, walk, shoes to wear and supplements to take. A few weeks later and I am out of pain, can drive round roundabouts without wincing and I can almost touch the floor with my fingers! I attended the practise due to nerve and shoulder blade pain after trying other forms of medical treatment that weren't successful I decided to give the cliffs chiropractic a go and in just under 6 weeks the pain had totally gone. Dr arif soomro is very knowledgeable and professional and was able to detect the problem from one x ray. I am now pain free and back in work. I would highly recommend this practice, to anyone. The receptionists are very friendly and professional and we're able to help me out with different times due to my shift pattern. Great practice with great people.

I am so glad Cliffs Chiropractic Clinic was recommended to me! Since I began attending and being treated regularly by Arif the frequency of my facial pain attacks has reduced a great deal thanks to his chiropractic expertise. I am optimistic that I will one day be free of medication with the continuing help of treatments. Arif is always very calm and explains why pain occurs and how the treatments are helping. (At the initial consultation x-rays were taken so the likely cause of the pains could be established, helping Arif make a personalised treatment plan). Being able to discuss the pains, their causes and treatment has helped reduce my anxiety. I leave the clinic feeling uplifted and confident about my progress. The clinic itself is bright and clean with friendly, helpful receptionists, individual changing cubicles, and there is often classical music to listen to while being treated which I find very relaxing.

I first went to see Arif Soomro at the Cliffs Chiropractic Clinic in June, 2020, when I read about how such a treatment could help my chronic and continual Night time Reflux, which had been going on all year. I had tried everything. Conventional tablets had stopped working, Homeopathy wasn't helping. I had to sleep sitting upright every night and some nights I would only get one or two hours sleep in this position. I was simply at my wits end as I have other chronic, debilitating conditions also. 3 months down the line and I can now sleep completely flat every night with no rolling reflux or even minor reflux. This is truly miraculous! Following X Rays, Arif told me he was very confident he could help me and I put all my faith in him. Not only has he cured my reflux without having to take 9 tablets a day from the doctor, which were making it worse, but he has also helped enormously with my nasal polyps, congestion, Asthma, etc. All very long term, chronic conditions. I never realised that Chiropractors could help such conditions until I looked into Alternative cures for Reflux on the Internet. It is such a shame that they cannot advertise the fact that this treatment can cure a host of conditions in addition to joint problems. I cannot thank Arif enough for what he has done for me! After years of problems from sports injuries and falls I went to Cliffs Chiropractic clinic when recommended by a friend. After a full assessment and x-rays I had a comprehensive discussion, when everything was explained and options given. I have had several adjustments now and recently had the best nights sleep in ages, waking up feeling great. I realise this is an on-going thing and I will still have ups and downs but I must say going to the Cliffs Chiropractic clinic is the best thing I have done in ages! I would recommend this service to anybody. ALL staff are friendly and helpful and my WHOLE body is being treated.

I originally attended for treatment for a frozen shoulder, which was carried out successfully and I have had no further problems. However, I also have long-standing back and neck injuries and, by going to maintenance on a monthly basis, find that I am in much better shape. I know this because I missed going for about 6 months due to personal issues and lost movement and suppleness which I will never get back fully. I highly recommend this chiropractic clinic as it is totally professional whilst also being friendly and relaxed. All the staff are very approachable, make every effort to make you feel welcome, answer all your questions and work with you to get you to your maximum level of wellness and keep you there.

Hi, I have been a patient of Paz for approx a year. I have an ankle problem that leads to back and hip issues. They are under control because of Paz and his magic. Whilst my ankle arthritis won’t go away the other problems are kept under manageable control and help my overall mobility daily. Xx.

My 36 week scan at hospital, confirmed what I had been told on the 32 week scan: baby was 'breech' and now unlikely to turn on her own. I was booked in for an ECV which sounded a) unlikely to succeed and b) very uncomfortable. After research I chose Cliffs Chiropractic Clinic (despite it being over an hour away) as Dr Soomro specialises in the Webster technique. I went for ECV at hospital today and was told it was no longer needed. Hooray! I've had 4 sessions and followed his instructions and advice to the letter. I am delighted to report to that over the last 8 days baby has turned and is in launch position - avoiding ECV and caesarian. Highly recommended. Thank you Arif!

I first went to see Paz about 10 years ago when I was involved in a car accident. I was 2 weeks away from going on holiday and this marvellous man was able to give me sufficient treatment to get me through my holiday. I have never forgotten what he did so when I recently suffered a severe case of Sciatica down the whole of my left leg to the point I was unable to sit. After the initial consultation and x-ray Paz was able to draw up a Treatment Plan involving Chiro and Accupuncture combined. I am happy to say that I am now free of Sciatic Pain. Paz is now working on an aged back problem that I have suffered many years and with both our positive attitudes in the treatment plan I know I will soon be able to carry on pain free from my back pain too. I would highly recommend this practice to one an all due to the professional but happy staff who make me very welcome on all my visits. A big thank you to you all especially Paz who makes me feel like I can speak to him and that he is listening and working out what part of the treatment plan needs to be adjusted if necessary. I came to Paz a few years ago as I’d been suffering from frozen shoulder for months. Paz not only helped with this to a point of no pain whatsoever he talked through what he was going to do and why. He gently realigned my spine which fixed a few other minor problems that I initially didn’t go there for. Then a few weeks ago I injured my other shoulder and came straight back to Paz and yet again now feeling great. It’s been life changing for me. They are a fabulous team of people who are always friendly and welcoming.

Had back problems for yrs ( builder) tried other types of treatment over the yrs. Found chiropractic to work best for me, been coming here since 2001 , Surgeons wanted to remove 2 disc's but the team here have kept him away with there expertise. Wife is know receiving treatment for her troubles also.

My Son and I have both been treated here with fantastic results. My son had a misaligned spine, causing poor digestion and neck pain. Within a few weeks of treatment with Arif, he saw huge improvements to his health and has learnt how to maintain good posture and eat well. Before my treatment I was taking painkillers 3-4 times a week for severe and debilitating headaches, due to poor alignment of my upper spine. Paz is always welcoming and friendly he makes sessions feel like you are visiting a friend not having treatment. When I have been experiencing pain I always know help is at hand. I would highly recommend a visit even if you aren’t in pain as prevention really is better than cure.

I wasn't sold on a chiropractor being able to help me with what felt like muscular pain, however went along on recommendation.
