Passionate about facilitating change using psychotherapy for 15 years and have worked at a well-known Charity for 4yrs Family Matters- Childhood Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Center, along with setting up my own CIC community interest company for Trauma Victims; also I run a private practice, work alongside solicitors and medical health care Organisations and work internationally on Zoom and Skype. I utilise many current techniques in my work such as EMDR, Somatic Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy as well as eastern practices. I am contemporary in style and also have many coaching qualifications (NLP) in my skill set, along with an intuitive sense to adapt my approach and tools to a BESPOKE SESSION to suit each individual client. I can work short term or long in a solution focused way. In addition I offer online training on Mental Health In The Workplace, Supervising Managers Well-being, and Grief and Loss - Resilience Training.

The Client ideally looking to request the services of 'The Choice To Change' would be an Adult, Child, Families, and Employer or Employee whom requires a Private Confidential Space to Release Emotional thoughts or address behaviours around conflictual Relationships. If an individual experiences Anxiety, Depression feelings of Dispair, loss of confidence, poor self esteem. A Client would find it useful to address how these feelings or behaviours can be corrected or addressed in their current day lives.
