He was very polite, professional and reassuring, listened to my stressful rambling patiently, talked me through the types of treatments and gave me plenty of post-treatment tips. Reeve came to our flat to do an inspection because we were worried about bed bugs, he was very professional but also friendly, and put us at ease straight away. He carried out a thorough investigation of the sofa, and told us at each stage what he was looking for which was really helpful. Fantastic service, brilliant staff, a small local effective company. Highly recommend Reeve came round the same day as my frantic email when I saw a rat darting across my kitchen floor. Baited and waited, wire meshed up holes in the cavity wall we didn't know existed. 2 follow up visits, as promised at a day/time convenient to us, arrived on time. Problem sorted from this kind caring man.

Having been plagued by mice I rang Bristol Pest Controller, They sent Reeve, a young man who's enthusiasm for his job knows no bounds. From the initial survey (and finding the problem) through the 3 visits over 3 weeks Reeve Kept me informed in detail regarding his plan. Problem sorted! Totally recommend Bristol Pest Controller.

Exceptional service. Called at noon after having been buzzed by a wasps' nest by our front door (and worried about the children coming home from school) these guys worked to fit us in came out same day, at 3. 30 for us. Job done. Very polite and professional outfit.

Very impressive service. I called yesterday morning, and by early afternoon a pest controller was calmly dealing with a rat in my kitchen. He sorted the problem out immediately, and took a great deal of time in working out how the rat had gone inside, and how to stop further rat intruders. He explained everything he was doing in a very reassuring and professional way, and took considerable care in ensuring the chemically treated bait he laid down was safely positioned as we have a dog. I feel the service was incredibly good value, and would really recommend this company.

Giles and the team were discreet and thorough - as far as we can tell their treatment of the bedbugs has been effective and life here can start to return to normal.

Reeve came to take a look at a potential rodent under the floorboards in the landing of my property. He was brilliant from start to finish. The job wasn't particularly easy as a lot of carpets needed to be pulled up to access the floorboards. His determination to overcome every obstacle was outstanding and he did a really good job. I'm a nosey person and watched him for over an hour to satisfy my curiosity of how it was all done and Reeve spoke me through what he was doing and why step by step. I've never had to call pest control before but if I need to again in the future I'm definitely contacting this company!

Fantastic service! The guy who called out to the house was efficient, friendly, knew what he was doing and talking about and gave a full update of everything he was doing. Highly recommended. Also came round quickly and was happy to call outwit hours. Would not hesitate to use again (although hopefully I won't have to! ).

I had a problem with rodents in my loft. I had a firm out to do a free survey but they wanted over £300 to put poison down for three visits. I rang Bristol pest control who did the same work for £85 plus vat. The young man who came called Robert, was not only knowledgable and efficient but had an extremely likeable manner. Before long the scratching in my loft stopped and I was able to get sleeping again. I cannot rate this service highly eneough.

Had an issue with wasps, called Bristol Pest Controller, and despite going on his holiday Giles said he would come enroute. Dealt with the nests, cleanly and quickly. Gone within hours! Going in holiday myself it was something I couldn't ignore. Today Giles came around for another pest control required issue, phoned late last night, here this morning. Quickly laid the baits, and visit booked in for next week. Clear communication on both visits. Understanding of the outcomes. Non judgmental. Overall unfaultable.

We were unsuccessful in dealing with our rat problem. The Bristol Pest Controller turned up the day we called, set bait and gave clear advice on what we needed to do. We followed the advice diligently and were rat free within two weeks. They inspired confidence, were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

We called THE BRISTOL PEST CONTROLLER for flee/bed bugs problem. Firstly, their website is great; they offere a clear explanation of the procedure and very interesting facts about pest in general, which is very educational. They did offer to come on the same day, which was very impressive. After making an appointment, as we were unsure about the price, we called them back and they sorely went through the pricing policy with us and gave us a good deal. As soon as they came to our flat, they quickly identified the problem and explained what they were going to do, so we immediately felt reassured. We were so worried about the whole experience but not only had they carried out the procedure efficiently, but their customer service after the job was great. They sat down with us and gave us a both verbal and written explanation of what to do/not to do for the next few weeks. Overall impression; very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend to anyone.
