I am a Holistic Reflexology Therapist practicing in Harrogate and the surrounding areas. I offer treatments from the Serenity Centre in Harrogate or mobile treatments in your own home to fit around your busy schedule. Evenings and weekend appointments available.

Reflexology is one of the most powerful complementary therapies and is based on the principle that certain points on the feet and hands correspond to specific parts of the body. So by applying pressure to these reflex points will bring balance to the body promoting healing and wellness.

Along with practical foot reflexology, I am an approved practitioner of Reflexology Lymph Drainage and have specialist training in cancer and palliative care, pregnancy and maternity, hand and precision reflexology.
