Tender Sleep

If I could give zero stars I received a damaged bed with hinge and slice in material, where they would not accept responsibility of return or replacement. I have found lots of testimonials from people who have been scammed off this company called Tendersleep Furniture/ also know. As DIVAN beds both with different addresses owned by Mr Habib. If they send you a damaged bed they ignore you and don’t accept a return/replacement/refund as per there t &c s on their site. Which is against Trading standard rules. A company has a responsibility to abide by their returns policy. Not this company, they collected the damaged bed after I raised a court case but they are still not refunding me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Evidence is going to be given to the court.

I bought divan bed from here. Prior to placing our order, the service was really helpful, and the delivery followed it up quickly with lots of precise price information. The furniture is of exceptional quality, and guests and members have only had great things to say about it. We will return for more. Thanks.

I've been searching for an eco-friendly mattress for a while now and was thrilled to come across Tendersleep. They have a great selection of sustainable bedding and sleep essentials. I purchased an orthopaedic mattress from them and have been extremely happy with it. The quality is great and I feel good knowing that I made a more sustainable choice for my sleep environment. I'll definitely be shopping at Tendersleep again in the future.
