Tarka Holisitcs offers a range of complementary therapies which are non-invasive treatments that allow the energy within the body to flow more freely, enabling the body to re-balance itself and promote a sense of well being. Complementary therapies are safe to use alongside conventional medical treatment and should not be used in place of prescribed medical care. Always consult a GP or other medical health professional for medical attention and advice.

Tarka Holistics owner, Paula Jacobs holds VTCT qualification in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. Paula went on to study other therapies that benefited her, Thermal Auricular and Reiki Healing, with the mindset that what is enjoyable to receive is also enjoyable to give! This philosophy has served well. As a member of FHT you can be assured of professionalism at all times.

Releasing natural chemicals within the body such as Dopamine and Melatonin promotes a deep sense of relaxation and "feel good" factor, enhancing mental and emotional well-being. Regular treatments can help with stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation and menopausal issues.
Maintenance for our own well-being is just as important as maintenance for the vehicles that we drive, after all we only have the one body to last our whole life time. That's something worth investing in.
