T'ai Chi is a wonderful way help you wellbeing. As a practitioner for over 33 years I have found T’ai Chi very beneficial to my overall fitness and mental health. Myself and our other instructors are very happy to be able pass and share this wonderful system of exercise. Your first class is free.
All our instructors are fully qualified, insured and enthusiastic, attending courses with our chief instructor, Howard Gibbon. Therefore a student can be assured that the quality and content of teaching is of a high standard throughout.
Each class will begin with a gentle warm up, a breathing technique to warm and activate your Chi energy, followed by Taoist Yoga exercises and the T'ai Chi Form known as meditation in movement.
