Laptop wiped clear and restored to original settings. A price was given before the work was carried out, the laptop was collected and after the work had been carried out it was returned to our home address. Very pleased with the service we received and the price that we were charged.
The problems with my computer were clearly explained in jargon free language and the repairs were done quickly. My computer now runs like an express train whereas before it was at snail's pace. There was a follow up visit when I experienced a glitch. Highly recommended.
We had cause to use the services of Sentry IT twice in 1 week, once for a replacement keyboard and again for a replacement screen. A time was given for when the computers would be picked up and when they would be dropped back off following the repair. Both times were adhered to. Very efficient and friendly service.
As a self employed Freelance Voiceover, it is imperative that my computer works efficiently. Recently my computer was not giving me the service that I required for my business therefore I called Sentry IT, who completed the work on my computer quickly and to a fantastic standard. Found Sentry IT on Yell and rang them regarding my laptop screen which was faulty. Mike came down at the time arranged and explained what the problem could be, he took my laptop away and within 5 hour's it had been repaired and returned with a full explanation and guarantee. Superb service, I would recommend to anyone.
I phoned Sentry IT with a computer problem that I was unable to fix. They came to my door, checked my computer and took it away. It was repaired and returned over a weekend with a new hard drive and my documents recovered. Excellent service, everything explained in detail and estimate costs were accurate. Mike Barnes arrived punctually and fitted my new printer as previously discussed. He recommended gmx and answered a few general questions about my computer use. The engineer responded to a breakdown, the response time and communication was excellent, I was advised what the diagnosis was and it was explained confidently. I was happy to proceed with the solution offered relatively pleased with the results, my only disappointment was the natural feeling of "something else" going wrong that I had no control over. The follow up appointment was as arranged.
