I needed the graphics card on my imac replaced and the advice I received from Solid Rock IT was exceptional. I was actually advised against this due to the age of my imac so they were effectively turning away business based on their honest expert opinion. As I had data I needed to recover I decided to go ahead anyway and was extremely satisfied with all my dealings with Solid Rock IT UK. They proactively kept me informed when I had to reschedule my appointment and were very accommodating working back late due to my availability. Super work from Solid Rock IT - would totally recommend. Installed a new hard drive in my imac (my old one had failed) and reinstalled all software.
