Simply Holistic Therapies is run by Pauline Miller a fully qualified complementary therapy practitioner offering a range of professional touch, movement, bodywork and energy therapies. Supporting natural therapies that include Amma Fusion Massage, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, 'M' Technique and Reiki therapies.

Plus Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT), FG-MLD - advanced specialist techniques used in the management of Oedema, Lymphoedema, and Lipoedema related conditions. MLD is also recommended by Cosmetic surgeons post Vaser Liposuction to aid recovery.

Holistic, self-empowering therapies to positively enhance and promote general health and well being - on a physical, emotional, spiritual/subtle energetic level. With an approach that involves treating and respecting her clients as individual, unique 'whole' beings.

Complementary therapies that go hand-in-hand with most of the conventional treatments available today. Where required this may include liaising with your health care professional, to ensure the most appropriate and effective treatment plan is devised to meet your therapy needs. Each one easily adapted to suit your individual needs taking into account age, health condition and/or disability.

The therapies available provide a therapeutic oasis to allow:-

Therapy treatments are available at clinics within the Sutton Coldfield area. Alternatively home visits can be arranged for those unable to travel to the clinic.

Pauline is a registered and listed practitioner with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), Massage Training Institute (MTI), MLDuk the professional association of MLD practitioners, Lymphoedema Training Academy (LTA) and the 'M Technique organisation.
MLDuk - "Member DLT" - trained to treat patients with Lipoedema and Lymphoedema conditions.
