We had sharrard construction to do our extention and we are very pleased with the work that they did I would highly recommend sharrard has all the work was done very professionally and everything went smoothly andy and all the boys are very friendly , pleasant and very hard working , all mess cleaned up along way I love my extention thank you very much boys.

After the bad winds in Sheffield which blew our ridge tiles off and smashed several tiles, we contacted Sharrard Construction. They visited quickly and the job was done in no time to a very high standard. The lads are all great, friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Sharrard to all. Andy and the lads fitted a pitched tiled roof over our kitchen which originally had a flat roof. They carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard and were always friendly and professional. I would have no problems in recommending Sharrard Construction to anyone.

We needed an attic/loft bedroom re-design and build with new windows etc in our terraced house in Ranmoor (S10). We contacted the builders after reading reviews on this web-site. Andy and his team quoted us and did the work with great efficiency and no fuss at all: we were especially pleased that they realised we had to live here too whilst they were building, so they did alot to keep dust/mess etc to low levels! They were also friendly and polite: we'll certainly be using them again, to renovate a bedroom/bathroom.

We have just had an offshot kitchen extended using Sharrard Construction on the recommendation of a neighbour. We have been really pleased with the care and attention received both from the building point of view as well as consideration to our domestic situation. The guys were always helpful about leaving us in a good state and they have been careful when working on neighbour's property. The quality of their work is very high. We have been so pleased with the service and results Andy and the team delivered. We chose to do our extension in the depths of winter and they did their utmost to ensure work moved along as quickly as possible with minimum disruption, despite the severe weather conditions. Nothing was too much trouble and when we were unsure what to do, the team offered a solution. They gave ideas, but always listened to what we had to say, and then put their own spin on things. What they suggested wasn't always the obvious choice, and even when we didn't agree at first, we always found they were right in the end! We felt the workmanship was fantastic, the builders were really cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend Sharrard Construction to anyone.

Sharrards constructed a 3 storey extension and remodelling of the roof with attic conversion in 2005-6. Mr Drabble and his team were excellent, and best of all they came when they said they would, were totally reliable and even rang to apologise on the few occasions when the schedule went awry. The work was completed on time, all snagging was dealt with politely and effficiently. All the work was of a good standard and the team were tidy and considerate throughout. We have recommended them to any friends who ask without reservation. We have subsequently had further work done by the same company on several occasions. They were also very comepetive in price, and dealt with last minute alterations and planning applications in a efficient and helpful manner.
